这是我们坦桑尼亚旅程的第一个酒店，是一个fantastic的开端。
酒店的工作人员非常友好热情周到，一直笑脸盈盈。有一位男性年轻员工每次见到我们都会教我们一句斯瓦希里语，很好玩儿。
因为提前和酒店说了我们是蜜月之旅，酒店特意给我们房间摆了Honeymoony装饰，还有特别的table，so sweeeeeeeet！！酒店经理也会主动给我们拍照留念。
酒店设施一切都很好，无疑拉高了我们的期待，且设定了一个很高的标准。我们后续入住其他酒店才发现这不是每个酒店都有的标准，甚至遗憾小费给少了！！
非常推荐这家酒店！

我们一共住了4个晚上，然后就离开了。从机场到酒店后，我们就入住了。工作人员非常乐于助人，也非常友好。第二天早上，我们很早就出发前往桑给巴尔岛的机场——在吃早餐之前，他们为我们准备了早餐盒，这样我们就不会饿了。他们还帮我们存放在桑给巴尔不需要用到的行李，因为我们3天后就会回来。我们回来时受到了热烈的欢迎。在我50岁生日那天，我们去乞力马扎罗山旅行时，他们也帮我们存放行李。当我们长途跋涉回来时，迎接我们的是一片欢呼声。工作人员非常友好，甚至在8天后还记得我们的名字。食物非常美味，甚至我非常挑剔的女儿也觉得美味(她说比萨饼和芝士汉堡一样棒)。房间很宽敞，有充足的热水。美丽的草地。这里可以按摩，按摩师有一双神奇的手。经过八天的跋涉后，在这里享受按摩非常完美~

和这些善良的人住在一起非常愉快。房间很舒服，食物也很好。酒店还可以在我们徒步旅行和狩猎的时候帮我们保管行李。在我们成功的登上马扎罗山峰后，酒店还给了我们一个庆祝蛋糕，我们感到非常惊喜。

Absolutely, yes we do! Our chefs are happy to consult with guests upon arrival to discuss preferences as needed. You can also email us ahead with preferences so we can ensure you feel at home with us!
Buffet dinner is charged the same rate for clients 9 years and older. Prices vary from $16 - $22 per person driven by theme of the day - ie standard buffet, African barbecue, dinner under the stars and Mongolian live cooking.
Our sister property Airport Planet Lodge is 10 or less from the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). On the other hand thi (Arusha Planet Lodge) is a good 45 minutes door to door from JRO during the day which can be longer at night and when there are traffic incidents.
1. You are safe while on the property, and maybe taking a walk during broad daylight within the immediate vicinity (on the same road), but it's never advisable for a woman to be out after dark alone.
2. Check with Planet Lodge about cost of airport transfer. It should not be more than $50 (that's fair/reasonable) one way.
3. Yes, I think PL can arrange transpo into Arusha.
Just ask...they are very accommodating people.
Hello John! Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Yes, the English poweplug will be your best choice although we are actively renovating all our rooms to have plugs that take a wider variety of electronics. Please also know that adapters are readily available in Arusha and we also stock a few for clients to borrow during their stay with us.
