The hotel is just wonderful! We had a room on the 15th floor with access to a terrace with a Mt.Meru view. Our room was spacious, airy and very well lit. Amenities were good too. The people were friendly, polite and helpful. We were totally jet lagged and fell off asleep during the evening hours only to wake up pretty late at night and realize we were hungry. The room service order came in and the food was good. The hotel even packed our breakfast as we were leaving very early next morning. The ATM within the hotel premises was such a help. Our stay at the Sanna Hotel was extraordinary. Our extended family of 10 had the most wonderful stay and the Sanna exceeded our expectations in every way.
The staff were welcoming and accommodating of any requests we had.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced beautifully daily.
The rooftop cafe with breathtaking views to Mt Meru, is the perfect spot to socialise with others, or rejuvenate alone.

At the first moment we came here we were amazed with this beautiful place with beautiful view of whole city and the Mount Meru! It was so nice to observe the sun set here. We had a lot of delicious food, nice service, great drinks. The portions were very generous.

Per una cena tra amici siamo venuti in questo ristorante situato all’ultimo piano di un hotel. Siamo venuti per cena e alla fine ci siamo fermati per un drink perchè il personale è gentilissimo e cibo buono. La vista è stupenda dalla terrazza al tramonto, si può ammirare il mount Meru e tutta Arusha!
