这家酒店的位置具有战略意义。到合艾广场步行8分钟，到火车站步行6分钟。入住手续办理速度非常快。即使在我们办理入住手续的同时有一群骑手也在办理入住。工作人员很友好。房间很干净宽敞，非常基础的房间。唯一的问题是我们需要自己在大厅补充饮用水（他们没有给房间提供瓶装水）。总体而言，我们对度假期间的住宿感到满意。下次会再考虑再次入住。

酒店位置很好，工作人员很友好，服务优质非常好客，交通便利，房间很干净，家具比较少，但总体上还可以，入住和退房手续都很快，安保很好，需要使用房卡才能坐电梯，总分我给三颗星。

房间里没有迷你冰箱。如果你开车的话，停车场车位也很有限，而且空间非常狭窄。你需要在酒店前面的路边停车。第二天早上，泰国当局向我收取了50英镑的罚款，我觉得很贵。

Dear rickinson, Sawasdee ka!! Greeting from Red Planet Hatyai. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that overall a room was not to your satisfaction. Regarding a room amenities, The minibar and the other usual amenities are not included in the basic service we offer as this goes in line with our concept. We provide mini fridge available within our "Superior" room type, you may consider this room for next time you visit us. We hope you will give us another chance to stay with us again in the future. 酒店地理位置优越，员工服务周到，最重要的是酒店提供免费停车场。酒店还提供免费去往哈蒂艾购物中心的班车。就在这家酒店真的非常方便，步行即可到达一个不错的花园。

淋浴间没有门，洗澡时水喷的到处都是，洗手间全都湿了。滤水尝起来臭味的，不得不自己买矿泉水。房间还算整洁舒适。水压也很好。距离李庄园十分钟

Normally, we don't have the triple room. But you can request for the extra bed upon arrival. We have the cost of charge 500 baht per room per night.

Hi Jiacheng, If you driving, there is a parking lot. But there are very congested space for you to move around and further if you don't know the place well.... you might get round and round the place.
They dnt provide iron inside room but u cn borrow at the reception counter..
