我决定再次入住这家酒店，但可惜这一次的入住体验没能达到我的期望。我晚上挺晚的时候才抵达酒店的，大概是晚上八点钟，前台的那位接待员态度友好礼貌，帮我办理好了入住。这里没有行李搬运的服务，结果我到了房间之后发现门打不开，所以又只好走回大堂去问一下这件事情，等到了回复是这个问题目前没有办法解决，所以无论我何时要进出都需要联系前台用万能钥匙开门。这实在太不方便了，就这一点都让我非常失望。房间还是一如往常，干净宽敞，所有设备运转正常，我睡的还不错。但我早上要醒的很早，因为可以听到酒店餐厅的噪音，开门的声音也很吵。酒店提供的早餐这一次真的很差劲，可能是因为我是周中来入住的，但饭菜真的干巴巴的，一点都不好吃。早餐期间工作的员工有很多，但我们早上十点钟去吃早餐的时候，几乎没有一个人会注意照顾我们。建议大家不要太晚去吃早餐，尽管他们声称早餐十点半之前都开放。如果太晚去的话，桌上全是空盘子，还得自己亲自叫服务员过来打扫。顾客得不到服务员的一点帮助，因为他们都在忙着布置午餐的座位。烤面包机坏掉了，服务员脸上也没有笑容。酒店本身挺不错，奢华的氛围让人放松。负责办理退房的员工人还可以，但大家一定要确保自己能归还房间钥匙，否则就要交300泰铢的钱。这家酒店只有一个地方值得五颗星，那就是我非常喜欢这里的装修，而且酒店的地理位置距离城镇也不远，开车只需要10到15分钟就可以到达当地市场。我还是挺喜欢你们家酒店的，但是请注意提高服务水平还有各项设施的水准。

这是我今年第五次入住，只有为我办理了入住手续的女员工和一位下午值班的保安脸上挂着微笑。除此之外，其他人一点都不会笑，尤其是早餐区的女员工。他们就像死人一样工作。此外还有客房服务员一大早就在我房间前的食品室里大声喊叫。我坚信，你们需要认真培训和改善基础服务，因为镇上有这么多的度假酒店，服务更周到、更热情。我很好奇为什么员工对于他们的工作都很不开心。

All the points in your letter will be taken up with our staff and the necessary steps taken to remedy the problems you pointed out. 这家酒店不错，但非常陈旧。我不能说它是五星的，发霉的沐浴间勾缝、破旧的毛巾、非常坚硬的床、床垫上没有枕头，但相对干净，有大房间和巨大的游泳池。可能更像是3.5星级的。不错的员工，但酒店需要升级才能成为真正的五星级酒店。

放松和休息的好地方，有漂亮的大型室外游泳池和开放空间。试试水疗，真是天上人间。房间舒适，干净得发光。工作人员和服务友好而且很迅速。酒店还在一间餐厅，能看到河景，提供泰国美食。距桥梁/小市区约2公里。河边有许多舒适的餐厅可供选择。

很棒的酒店，宽敞的房间，不错的游泳池。与当地出租车司机一起在该地区旅行非常容易。这是和孩子们待在一起的完美地方。服务非常好，工作人员非常友好。
