这里仍然很辉煌，但少了很棒的海滩酒吧，有点丢分

我们一直是这家很棒很独特的酒店的忠实粉丝，已经记不清我们来过多少次了，这个地方依旧非常干净，工作人员很棒，食物很美味，这个体育馆仍然是这个地区最好的体育馆之一。然而，随着Konyaalti海滩的重建，酒店关闭了很独特风味的海滩酒吧，现在这里很破旧，海滩地区由第三方经营得乱七八糟，完全比不上以前那样的感觉了。这里的路都没有直达的，铺设得也不是很好，这就好像开发商故意阻止酒店客人使用海滩一样，我们发现这个问题真的非常令人失望，因为我们喜欢时髦的装饰、漂亮的桌子和雨伞，还有舒缓的音乐，他们怎么能让这种事情发生呢？现在，距离海滩很近的许多较便宜的酒店，都可以进入这个迷人的海滩。

What concerns your disappointment regarding the changing relatively the beach, we could understand you. It is always difficult to accept an innovation, especially when it doesn't match with your habit and thought. But on the other hand, this offers opportunities that our guests could not reach before. 不在是五星

让我从好的方面开始说。很棒的服务员-在餐厅和泳池边服务的都很乐于助人。优越的地理位置。游泳池、健身房，特别是水疗中心的设施都很棒。缺点：酒店很破，真的很破。不是脏，但房间需要整修。绝对不是5星级的。现在真的很糟糕。在我们住宿期间，至少有两次聚会，音乐吵到了我们的房间。这些聚会已经过了午夜，连续两个晚上。酒店需要决定是客人重要，还是聚会重要。我们投诉了，酒店也跟进询问他们能做些什么。没法换房间，因为整个酒店都很吵。每晚都有音乐或乐队。音乐会传到房间里，但还不错。对于那些寻求放松或有孩子的人来说，不管酒店简介上怎么说，这里都不是适合你的酒店。我不会再来了。

We need to admit, that you are right our hotel and equipments are getting old and the general repair of the hotel is an our plan for the nearest future. Refurbishment and renovation works are an integral part of our work and we will certainly take into account your valuable comments when planning these works. 萨梅特（活动负责人）

我极其喜欢住在这里，跟我的女朋友一起，并且下个月准备带着我的孩子们再次拜访。因为它既拥有为夫妻准备的一切东西又有为孩子准备的一切东西，但我对活动团队的萨梅特格外满意，他非常有礼貌，乐于助人，喜欢让你忙于玩游戏和各种东西，并在儿童俱乐部与孩子们一起表现的非常出色，和其他员工相比，他的英语真的非常棒！我甚至跟他要了电话号码告诉他我们什么时候回来，以便我们能再见面！酒店的员工和服务上，唯一的问题是跟其他员工的语言障碍，例如订购食物和饮料或其他要求，但在安塔利亚的大多数地方都是一样的，除此之外，我迫不及待再次到来！谢谢萨梅特！最棒的人！
