首先，我们不喜欢抱怨，但，我们觉得我们不得不说，这家酒店很一般。食物很简单，主要是为德国人准备的(没有冰淇淋，没有新鲜果汁)。这房间需要好好维护下。(马桶座圈和莲蓬头需要换了，马桶有一股难闻的气味。游泳池里没有氯。这不是一家五星级酒店。唯一令人愉快的是友好的工作人员和按摩。我们不会再来，这是我的伙伴第一次来土耳其，真是太遗憾了。

Dear FrequenTraveller580, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and for you kind words regarding our personnel. We appreciate any feedback, both positive and negative. Firstly, we are sorry to hear that your stay with us didn’t live up to your expectations. Regarding your mentioned point that the room needed a lot of maintenance, we would have been glad, if you would have shared this issue with us during your stay. If you had reported this then our staff would have been happy to investigate this matter. Unfortunately, if you don’t inform the hotel of any problems that you encounter during your stay, then we are unable to rectify anything during your holiday. Providing this feedback on TripAdvisor 2 days after your stay makes it impossible for us to try to improve your stay with us at the time which we strive to do with all our guests. Regarding the food we would like to point out that we provide a large, varied menu to cater for all tastes and as we have guests staying here for all over the world. The variety of the food that we serve in our restaurants is one of the things that the clients like the most, but obviously it is impossible to meet the taste of every guest and to serve food which our guests are used to at home. Please also note that we use only a high quality of food products and so ensuring the standards remain of a high level. For guests who want fresh juice we offer fresh orange juice, which is extra and not included in our all-inclusive concept, which is also known by all travel agencies. You also mentioned that 'the pool had no chlorine'. Please note that all of our pools are cleaned and maintained on a daily base. It is not possible that in one of our pools is no chlorine, as we have to observe international standards. 我们乘坐易捷航空(EasyJet)，带着土耳其签证开始了我们的周末度假，这个周末度假刚开始很糟糕，直到当我们最终到达这家酒店，我们在这里受到了欢迎，有员工带我们参观了我们的房间，房间里供应有葡萄酒和水果。工作人员非常乐于助人，总是愿意为我们提供帮助，并且我们提供旅游地点方面的建议。因为我们已经习惯了“淡季”旅行，所以我们也不会指望泳池会很暖和，酒店的一些设施也已经建成投用，但这丝毫没有影响我们享受假期的乐趣。食物很好，有很多选择，酒吧也无可挑剔!!

我们在Likya的观光之旅中住了几个晚上，酒店离海滩和大海几米远，距离库萨达西镇约3-4公里，在那可以通过火车或汽车去参观Izmir，将需要半天时间，这是一个非常快速和廉价的方式，工作人员都很有礼貌，早晚餐相当好，没有酒水（葡萄酒和啤酒是额外付费的）

这是我们第二次来到这个度假村，工作人员都很好，主酒店的房间很干净，很现代。但我们家住的房间不是特别好。后面的房间没有一点自然光，浴室里好几天都有很重的味道，像是来自于淋浴房传来的下水道的味道。打扫也很糟糕，房间很容易被大雨淹没。食物不错，但没什么特别的。海滩真的很糟糕，有很多烟头，各种各样的塑料和纸。而且还很小，真是太糟糕了。整个度假村需要彻底整修。我不会第三次再来了，因为这个地区有很多新旅馆。
