酒店的大堂经理Nancy人很热情和服务也很周到，打车到酒店门口会有服务员帮忙搬行李以及送到房间，酒店整体的服务和设施都比较完善且较新，早餐的自助餐各种类型的都有，整体性价比OK！

真的是一个非常超值的五星级，价格非常美丽，环境也很好，两个大泳池，酒店去会安古城还有班车，接待我们的酒店工作人员更是热情，特别是Nancy，人很温柔，也很有耐心，帮了我们很多的忙，订门票，帮我们答疑，太好了。

Hi, they do not have rooms with toilets for wheelchair users.
No ,the balconies are narrow and you cannot place a chair.The balcony with the suite is larger.I stayed in the normal room but I think a suite could be a better option as costnus marginally higher
