一贯以来对万丽酒店的好感度和印象分是很高的，可是这次的入住却发生了插曲，我的朋友从中国来到新山洽谈生意，恰逢假期的原因，房间无法预订，朋友就快要到了，我一筹莫展，Shirley Chong小姐，了解到我的状况，积极热情的帮我查看房源，不厌其烦的一次又一次的帮忙寻找是否有空房，态度非常的温暖，终于经过Shirley Chong小姐三天的热心努力下，帮我订到了两间房间，令我非常非常感动，也让中国的朋友感受到了万丽酒店的美好和热情，Shirley Chong小姐百忙之中，对待客户的热忱，令我又一次的对万丽酒店加分。感恩感谢，期待下次的万丽酒店之旅。

饭店服务人员很亲切，住房也很舒适，房间很大，床很宽，也很干净。饭店有健身房和不错的餐厅，健身房是免费的，饭店的早餐比较贵，如果不是包套的，建议可以到附近吃吃当地的早餐。可惜离市区有点距离，交通不是很方便，附近没有什么景点和好逛的，有点偏僻，要坐车到市区去，bus不多，如果是跟团或自驾或叫grab会比较好。这里华人很多，在附近吃东西用华语可以沟通。附近有自助洗衣店，洗加烘只要9马币，一个小时之内可以完成。

这是我在新山市最喜欢的酒店，这里提供的住宿条件质量非常高，而且超级物有所值(^__^)，房间干净又舒适，早餐可选择的种类多到让人惊讶!俱乐部酒廊很不错，但欢乐时光提供的食物质量很高而且可选择种类很多。酒店周围也有很多不错的餐厅，酒店离新山中央车站只有20分钟的路程。相当的物有所值。

Hi,
If you would like a room located on the same floor as the pool, that would be our Pool Terrace room category that has a king bed and bathtub. Once you step out of the room, you will be greeted by the swimming pool area. However if you would like a room with a pool view and not necessary on the same floor as the pool, you can take our Deluxe room however request for a pool view which is subjected to availability.

We have only 3 Club Deluxe rooms with balcony at Level 17. You can make the request for a room with balcony upon booking however it is highly subjected to availability.

Our Pool terrace rooms and Junior suites are equipped with a bath tub whereas the rest will have a standing shower.

Yes it’s possible. Best to confirm with hotel reception prior to your visit. Hotel gets full during peak periods.
My visits have all been covered with breakfast for 2 pax. Do check and confirm these again via email with hotel.
