我的伴侣先到旅馆登记入住。登记人员告知我的伴侣我应该8月8日起入住，而我预订的8月9日至12日的房间，而且我选择了1张双人床，而她为一对夫妻选择了两张单人床?还告诉我的伴侣我订的单人床。我不知道为什么工作人员自己不知道如何阅读预订细节，也不知道在说出任何东西之前要先确认是否正确。我很清楚酒店在周末可能客满了，但是当客人已经提出了特殊的要求时还告知他们没有选择房间类型，这不是一个4星级酒店应该做的。这肯定是我最后一次住这家酒店。

以前，我住在这个酒店的1141房间。多年后我又回到了这家酒店，因为这里的位置非常优越。然而，真正令人失望的是，这里的枕头和床有股霉味。入住时枕头上发现有一根头发。不知道枕套和床单在上一个住户住完之后有没有进行更换。这里的淋浴是坏的，因此我们只能用浴盆的喷头在冷水中淋浴。另外，这里的空调真的是太糟糕了。使用内置遥控器控制最高风扇和最低温度，但房间里仍然很热。房间里的电话也坏了。我们已经迫不及待地想要收拾行李离开这里，幸运的是我们只住了一个晚上。

Please be rest assured that these areas mentioned will be looked into and we have discussed our shortcomings with the relevant department heads responsible and will take appropriate measures to avoid recurrence. We truly appreciate hearing from our guest as their comments are valuable to us to continue improving our standards. Firstly, thank you for your positive comments mentioning our rooms are very nice comfortable plus we are very glad to know that you have enjoyed the room views overlooking the sea. Further to your comments on the car park, we have few parking lots in this hotel for our guest convenience which is located at the front area of the hotel near to the lobby but priority will be given to those guests with infant/small children, senior citizens, guest with disabilities and single ladies. Due to limited lots, the availability is subject to prior reservation and will be on first come first serve basis. Besides that we do have multi-storey car park on complimentary for our in house guest and private car park chargeable at RM10 per entry located near to our lobby entrance. As we strive to improve our service quality and facilities, your feedback is extremely important to us as it allows us to continually monitor our guests’ requirements. Once again, thank you for choosing to stay with us and I do hope I have an opportunity to personally welcome you back to our hotel in the very near future. 这家酒店需要一些重大的翻新！当我进入房间时，有一股霉味，衣柜内有一条脏毛巾，没有被家政部门清理干净。卫生间墙壁内衬上有霉菌。浴缸很脏，有黑色污渍。浴室的窗帘很久没换了。它已经变色发霉了，当你的皮肤碰到它的时候，你会感觉到它滑溜溜的。我懒得抱怨，因为这家旅馆太旧了，我想其他房间也一样糟糕。

Hi,
The hotel car park are share with mall. It located at level 6. Or else, you may go for valet parking which cost RM20 per day if not mistaken.
Hope it helps.

No ashtray in the rooms on the three occasions I stayed there.
Palet parking fee at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel : RM30.
Hi, I believe it is. It's their coffee house and when I was there I had my iftar at the same coffee house too.
Hello there, unfortunately I did not pay attention on this area. But as far as I have roamed around, I did not come across any playground for kids though. Maybe for the best answer, I suggest you contact the hotel and check with them directly.
