服务非常好,工作人员非常友好。 Aaron 帮忙办理了入住手续。酒吧的日落很漂亮,房间也很干净、整齐而且服务态度极好。这里的环境太好了,我很喜欢也很享受。服务员的态度也极好,Aaron在服务我的时候很有礼貌,这让我的印象很深刻。这些服务让我感觉我自己仿佛是皇帝般的享受 哈哈哈哈,有点夸张了但是真的很好。食物的味道也不错,在这里过得很舒服、很享受,都不想走了。总而言之,我对这里的一切都很满意,也很开心,谢谢你们。

和朋友在兰卡威呆了几天,决定在回家之前在度假村吃晚饭。晚餐后,Arron在大堂热情地迎接了我们,他亲切地向我们介绍了度假村,并要求下次入住丽思卡尔顿酒店。

总的来说,度假村里的每个人都非常友善和乐于助人

这家栗子酒店很棒,非常大,对家庭非常友好。我们和旅行团一起旅行,即使在逗留期间发生了一些小问题,但酒店态度很好,都帮我们解决了,我们全家也很开心。
我们套房前面的户外座位区非常漂亮,可以直接看到美丽的海景。

前厅的经理Lalu非常友好和乐于助人。我和我们的孩子都喜欢他。

我们还在海滩烧烤店吃了晚餐,这是一次很好的经历。

My friends and I were very much looking forward to our visit to the Ritz-Carlton and booked our rooms more than a month in advance, but the reception and follow-up service was disappointing.

This was the first of all Marriott hotels I stayed in, including the St. Regis hotel, which did not have this requirement. The manager told me to provide all the utensils of the third party, but slippers and washing products were not ready. The sink in the room was leaking on the first day, and we wanted to have a good rest but had to wait for maintenance. We are all girls and it is inconvenient for two men to come in.

But the hotel's environment and hardware facilities are very good, we ate almost all the restaurants of the hotel, also highly recommend the spa, is very enjoy and relax, the restaurant staff and spa staff are very friendly. But I was disappointed by the stilted and empathetic attitude of the front desk.
以上是对于这次丽思卡尔顿的体验,如果期待非常高,请降低期待,因为可以说我们完全为了这家酒店去兰卡威,开始的不开心一直贯穿全程,尽管后面是好的但这服务并未超出预期。

We appreciate your compliments on service and quality of our spa and restaurants, and are glad that you enjoyed the food. However, we are truly sorry some areas fell short of meeting your expectations. We are disappointed to learn that you experienced some issues with the sink on your first day, and that early check-in was not available due to high occupancy. Regarding the extra person amenities, as the booking was made for 2 persons, the room was only made up for 2, although our team did set up the 3rd person amenities following your check-in. We are certainly sad to read that the service by our front desk was below your expectations, and a member of our team has reached out to you to find out more. We will certainly look into this matter and address it with our team to ensure that we improve our service in this area. We are delighted to know that you found the staff at The Spa and our restaurants are friendly and welcoming. 兰卡威丽思的环境不用多说,整个度假村静谧和美,私密性良好,是修养身心的绝佳选择。各餐厅出品都不错,伴着日落享用晚餐更是一种享受。美中不足,沙滩颗粒太大,海域不开阔,不过这也没办法,地理位置决定的。We are very appreciate for the room upgrade. Mr. Reece was our guide in the resort and he showed us what kindness was and made us feel relaxed and calm after a long time travel. All ladies and gentlemen in the resort were so nice that we thought it must be very happy to work there.
