酒店坐落在乔治市遗产区域的一条小巷里，如果不仔细找的话并不容易一眼发现。酒店的装修古色古香，颇有情趣。工作人员非常友善，服务很热情。不过旁边就是酒吧一条街，在深夜不可避免地会听到喧闹的声音。入睡困难的朋友需要慎重考虑这一点。

The room was bad musty smell, it didn’t improved even opened the window for half a day. Dusty dressing table and carpet, cracked walls, the bathroom has mildew spots, the sink sewer was a little blocked, towels and mattress were way too firm. It wasn’t sleep comfortable to use double thin sheets instead of thick blanket/comforter.
I think it’s overrated and overpriced for a boutique hotel with such facilities, and the photos showing online are over polished than reality.
By the way I emailed the hotel one week before check-in about the room preference (just wanna the ground floor room), but no response. When I arrived the hotel at 5pm, I was told just to accept other room types, and receptionist asked me back if I sent an email…
You may enjoy the ancient deco outside the room, but pls don't give any expectations on the comfort to stay.

我认为这种设施的精品酒店，它的评分被高估了且不值得这个价格，并且图片比现实的好看太多。
另外，我提前一周给酒店发了关于房型偏好的邮件（想要一楼的房间）但他们没有回音。当我下午五点到达酒店时，被告知只能接受其他房型，前台还反问我是否发了邮件。
你可能会喜欢房间以外的古典装潢，但对于房间内的舒适度不要期待太多。

Jeff is gentle and kind, introducing Penang's lifestyle and the hotel's culture to us，be pround of his hotel ’s product and vision ，and his boss。We were infected，expectinh for the next experience of GTHH
Joyce is beautiful and kind-hearted, sunshine smile and she can speaks Chinese ，recommended delicious food to us～

我们的蹩脚英文，很需要华语很好的waiter
第二天晚上22点半，jeff专门为我们重新打开已关掉的电视，介绍集团的其他酒店的广告片和理念，看的出他很热爱这个酒店。也因为这个片子，才意识到老板的设计、用心和情怀。
感觉盲选对了，马桶和沐浴液一般，但美感可以，5分还是要的

我们在十月份从澳大利亚度假时在这里住了6晚。 我们要求的是一楼的房间，这个房间真是可爱又宽敞。 空调工作得很好。 淋浴很好。 无线网络运行良好。提供的驱蚊灯和蚊帐运行良好，我们从未遇到任何问题，其他客人评论提到被咬伤，我们认为他们可能没有使用提供的灯或蚊帐。床对我们来说有点不舒服，但这是个人喜好，其他人可能会喜欢。工作人员在整个住宿期间都非常友好并且乐于助人，这使我们很开心。很不错，是一家比较小的酒店，但更具个性。每天免费提供瓶装水，也免费提供冰块。吃早餐时可以俯瞰游泳池，很不错，提供了大多数基本的选择，此外还提供当天的菜式，还可以给你煮鸡蛋。观光后看到游泳池很喜欢，地理位置方便，到许多餐厅和观光区的步行距离很近。我们特别喜欢Red Garden美食广场附近的美食，这里有很多不错且便宜的食物可以选择。此外，步行片刻即可到达Chulia街，那里有很多餐馆和街头小吃。Cheang Kee餐厅很可爱（乔治敦排名第一），价格合理。仅建议:添加更多英语电视频道,特别是英语国家电影频道。会向其他人推荐Muntri Grove并再次来这里。

There is a small laneway next door where people smoked but no I didn't see anyone smoke on the premises. Best ask the desk.
Yes, is open from 1st July 2020 onwards.
The hotel does run parallel to the businesses on Cintra Street (the hotel is tucked down a side alley) so there is some noise from a bar nearby. It's not too bad and didn't go on too late when I was there.
I can't remember about the toilet door - I think it might go right up but can't be 100% certain.
