my stay was good ,,,the receptionist was hospitable and a joker...they are over whelming and kind,,,...the room are fine,,the air conditioner were fine and cool..the food are delicious...the housekeeping are friendly,,..they do their job... well i can say it because they always make up my room well organize and clean when we arrive.....thumbs up airport view...

Receptionist - No maners. Didn't stand by at reception... When the receptionist giving information in rude way... I come to your hotel not FOC, i had PAY!!
Room - Bad condition... Wall moldy, room smelly, shower and air cond leaking, also rubbish from previous guest still in the dustbin... Please do some improvement??????¡

Have you ever heard of AIRPORT VIEW HOTEL?Have you ever stayed there? If your answer is NO, then you're blessed. Please do yourself a favor by NOT STAYING there. Please. It's a waste of money. A serious case of wasting money. Seriously.....The reception was bad, TV was bad, carpets were dirty.....they do not, at least, provide you with that freaky 3 in 1 stuff, which I really think they should have since we're paying a fortune to stay there.......the room condition was terrible, they do not have air conditioning in hallways....I had to move to another room just so I could get a good TV reception. On top of that, we've booked a triple sharing room and we ended up in a room for two and my husband had to sleep on the floor!!! I'm insanely mad and so never staying here ever again. Do give this comment some credits and listen. DON'T EVER STAY IN AIRPORT VIEW HOTEL. You'll be a lot more fine some place else. Thank you.

Please be aware; if you are thinking of booking a hotel near Kota Kinabalu airport please please do not even think of staying at Kota Kinabalu airport VIEW hotel. They say you get what you pay for but this place really was pushing it!! I have stayed in many budget hotels, hostels etc and they were 100% more cleaner than this place. It's the first time ever that I walked into my hotel room and turned around and asked for my money back. It was even pouring down with rain but I could not stay there. The carpets were so dirty, the walls were mouldy, the place smelled - it was just horrible and they were looking for 140 myr per night!!
