入住退房都很方便，在那里住了两晚。我在登记入住的时候，问了前台早餐费，他们告诉我29RM，但是没有告诉我要先在前台买券。第二天，我直接去了餐厅，吃完后被要求付了39RM。我说这和之前前台和我说的不一样。我要求取消这个单子，然后去前台付钱，但是他们不让，说是单子已出，不能取消。他们真的很不善沟通，信息都无法准确传达给客人，我非常不满。客户竟然需要为员工的失误负责。酒店也没有任何解释或是道歉行为。

We sincerely apologise on the misunderstanding due to our staff miss-communicated to you (need to purchase in advance with Front Office), as the walk-in/dine-in rate is RM39 per person. Staff have been briefed and rest assured we will continue to improve on our services and products to better serve guests like you. As training is always part of the on-going program that we have. 个人来说，我不喜欢铺地毯的酒店房间。尽管我能感受到地毯是新铺的。早餐平淡无味。地理位置不错，通过网约车可以很方便到达市中心。还配备有性能良好的空调。

位置很好，就在购物中心和美食广场的正上方。我们在这里的两个晚上太棒了!床很舒适，服务友好，而且很容易叫到出租车。这里的景点其实没什么好玩的，但自然风光非常美丽!

离机场非常近。旁边就有个商场，觅食方便。房间不错。空调是很舒适的凉快。床和枕头很舒服。希望他们能在房间提供淋浴喷头。自助早餐和午餐在食物品质和分量方面有待提高。

景色令人印象深刻，我们来的时候什么也没有损坏。我唯一的问题就是，在整个房间里，wifi会定期断开连接，或者当清洁工来的时候，有时他们会忘记清空垃圾箱（以及类似的小事情）。
