Mi sono trovata molto bene nonostante il riad possiedo molte scale, la stanza piuttosto piccola Ed il bagno ugualmente Piccolo. Ero con una amica e avevamo chiesto letti separati, come sempre. Devo dire che dove non arriva l'eleganza della struttura perché in fase di rinnovo, arriva la gentilezza e disponibilita' della ragazza al bureau. Comprendendo il problema ha agevolato la nostra richiesta proponendo un'altra camera quasi terminata, il problema era costituito dal bagno ma senza problemi abbiamo utilizzato quello della stanza piu' piccola.

After booking another Riad in essaouira where the owner tried to rip me off. I terminated my stay and had to seek another Riad. A waiter in a fast food restaurant recommended the wave mogador. I am really glad he did. On arrival I had a nightmare where I could not find my passport despite looking everywhere. By now I was getting stressed. But the lovely lady called Imane reassured me that she would help me all the way. She proceeded to call the police to report the loss. Then took me in a taxi which she paid for too the police station to get the report. Which we were told I had to collect in 48 hours. She told me to relax as much as I could and make the most of my time In essaouira. In a few days we returned to the police station and obtained the report but bad luck seemed to be following me when I lost my wallet in the taxi returning from the police station. So now I had no passport and no money. I once again turned to Imane for help. This lady truly is an angel. She arranged for me to transfer funds to her account. Then her and her partner walked to the bank with me and got the funds to give me. The Riad itself is beautiful. With a lovely reception area and roof terrace. The room I had was lovely with a large comfy bed and more importantly everything was spotlessly clean A bonus was the free WiFi which had a strong and continuous signal .Riad is in a Lovely location in the medina. Bab Marrakesh ( gate of Marrakesh) was 5 minute walk away. Lovely and quiet only thing I heard was the muezzin calling the faithful to prayer. To sum up I would not have received better service even in a Hilton or Marriott hotel I will most certainly be returning to essaouira and without a doubt the wave mogador Essaouiras best kept secret.

One of best hotel experiences I had in Marocco. Fresh and perfumed bedsheets, two sets of towels - changed everyday. Very accommodating concierge Hassan, that will help with anything you might need - with spotless english - if unfortunately you didn’t learn french or maroccan arabic yet. Bit of a joker he is, but don't let that distract you. He’s truly a professional, able to get you to Baghdad without a plane. Location is wonderful- bit aside, quiet neighborhood, but close to the main cafés, restaurants and souks in the medina. Great patio, interior decors and excellent wifi also do the work. Highly recommend, much wow. Did I mention delicious espressos? Well, just ask Hassan for that;)
C'est vraiment l endroit où dormir à essaouira. Hassan est vraiment génial, chaleureux, accueillant et il prend soin de son riad. La literie est super confortable, tout est propre et idéalement bien situé. On y reviendra
