We would like to send you our sincere appreciation for recognizing the hotel's clean towels, bathroom, and the great value which we have provided you. Your comments are of most importance to us and this will certainly motivate us all to always keep up the good work. In regard to your concern about the hotel's room limited amenities, we regret that this was your impression. We would like to politely inform you that our rooms indeed only have limited amenities compared to similar hotels in the area, however, we believe that we provide very good value given our comfortable five-star beds, hotel security and the lowest room rate available in our area as proven by the many very good reviews we have received from most of our guests like you. We hope that these concerns would not deter you from staying with us again in the future. 非常令人放松和安静。会推荐给朋友和家人。但是，每个房间都应该有洗漱用品，换句话说有牙刷和牙膏。水龙头的冷热设置很好，工作正常。

May we politely inform you that we do have toiletries for sale at the front desk only for a minimal fee aside from light snacks and beverages for your convenience. 去马尼拉接度假归来的女儿，住在我最喜欢的马卡蒂酒店。为什么喜欢呢?1. 它离我想去的地方很近；2.所有的交易都可以通过via app完成；3.有我最喜欢的食物，而且北公园就在拐角处。

i think best bet is GRAB TAXI
Either get sim card at airort
they have Grab stations outside Arrival
They will probably place you in a bigger bedroom, they are pretty flexible with it! :)
No gym.
(Acknowledged as a late response but added anyway to benefit other readers)
Laundry service is great and costs only 300 pesos for 8kg maximum. The protocol is that the laundry is picked up in your room and returned folded in a neat package several hours later. Pay the delivery person.
There was a hot water pot in my rooms but you must provide your own coffee/tea etc which is sold in individual packets at convenience markets a block or two away. I am uncertain if those are available among other snack items offered for purchase at the front desk.
