Dear Juha, We hope that your trip around Ladoga Lake was as magnificent as your stay at M-hotel. We thank you for your feedback and for the highest ratings. Such a high mark proves once again that we are working in the right direction. We are sincerely pleased to hear that your only complaint was nothing to complain. It is great to know that your check-in at the hotel went smoothly, that you easily found the hotel and you liked the location in the city center. Our guests often choose our hotel because accommodation within walking distance of the main tourist attractions is a definite plus. We try to do our best to ensure that our guests will come back to us again. Your grateful feedback is the best inspiration for us in this daily work. 作为一家三星级酒店来说这里物超所值，位处中心，友好、乐于帮助的员工、干净的房间，整洁无瑕的卫生间都是很棒的卖点。丰富的自助早餐很棒。酒店坐落在一个内部花园中，所以非常安静。

Dear Margaret, We are incredibly proud that you can compare "M-Hotel" with the hotels of the highest class. It is so wonderful to be called as a "hidden gem". We are happy that you share your experience here, and other travelers can get acquainted with us in advance and be sure in their choice of the hotel in St.Petersburg. Thank you for noting the location of the hotel in the heart of the city. The proximity of museums, attractions, cafes and restaurants, theaters and shopping centers is a definite plus. At the same time, the guests hardly notice the noisy tourist Nevsky Prospect nearby - so quiet it is in our small and cozy inner courtyard. Pleasant sleep of the guests will not be bothered by anything, and the morning will definitely start better with our large breakfast buffet. A delicious compliment from "M-Hotel" will be yummy cakes from the famous pastry shop "Sever-Metropol", which are served every day. Thank you also for noting the spotless and clean rooms of the hotel. Our maids strictly follow all necessary standards of cleaning for your comfort. It seems to us really important to provide guests with warmth and care. Thank you for writing about our friendly staff who are ready to answer all of your questions and help you as soon as possible. Working as a team, we are trying to ensure that you are surrounded by our attention when you need it. On behalf of the whole team we hope for a soon meeting. We will be happy to see you again!

优点：地理位置好，到主要景点都是步行距离。早餐丰富多样，前台非常友善。
缺点：位置不好找，不在沿街。酒店没有每天提供瓶装水，问了前台说要每周四提供。有一天客房服务居然不整理床铺，不更新洗发水和沐浴液！隔壁有个酒吧，很晚了还在放很响的音乐，关上窗户都能清晰地听到。

Dear Davidkc, First, we would like to thank you for your feedback. Feedbacks from our guests help us to become better, so thank you for writing us about your experience and about things that could not fully satisfy you. "M-Hotel" is located in the city center, very close to all tourist attractions. At the same time, since we are located in a small cozy courtyard that protects our guests from street noise, sometimes it can be difficult to find the entrance. The entrance to the hotel comes from Krylova Lane: it is the gate in the arch with "M-Hotel" sign above it. If you get lost, please contact us and we will help you find a way to the hotel. Thank you for noting our friendly staff. Receptionists are always ready to help you on any, even a small one, question. We are pleased to hear that you have highly appreciated our breakfasts. We try to constantly improve our buffet breakfast menu and provide hotel guests with high-quality, fresh and tasty food. We are very sorry that you had some difficulties during your stay at the hotel. Please let us clarify that we provide bottled drinking water only on the first day of your stay. After that, guests can refill drinking water in the coolers that are located on each floor. We are trying to reduce the use of plastic bottles at our hotel, and we hope that you can help us with this. In accordance with the standards of three star hotels, we provide the current cleaning in the rooms every day. Maids strictly follow these rules, but they can not go into your room and do the cleaning, if there is a “do not disturb” sign on the door. Next time please be sure that you have a "make up my room" sign on the door. We are also sorry you were disturbed by the noise from the neighboring building. We are located in a quiet courtyard, and usually our guests note pleasant and quiet atmosphere during their stay. You are absolutely free to take earplugs for a more peaceful sleep at the reception with no extra charge. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your stay, and the next time we kindly ask you to immediately contact the reception for a faster resolution of any issue. It is important for us that our guests stay in a pleasant and comfortable environment, and we are ready to do everything possible to ensure this. We hope that on your next visit we will be able to serve you better and to improve your impression about "M-Hotel".

房间足够了，床垫对我来说太软了，额外有枕头，也许，总的来说还不错。或许早餐对西方人来说偏中式。酒吧还好，调酒师们都很热情，当我们抱怨啤酒的时候，他们会认真听。总体不错。

Dear Guest, We are incredibly happy to see such a good review. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your stay at M-Hotel. We are glad to hear that you liked the room. Last year we replaced all the mattresses with new ones (of standard hardness), and we are sorry that the mattress in your room seemed to be too soft for you. If you needed extra pillows, we would be grateful if you contacted the reception. Administrators are always ready to help and, for example, offer extra pillows for your maximum comfort. We are also sorry to know that our breakfast did not satisfy you completely. Since we are in the European part of Russia, our breakfast has more items for Western guests. We kindly ask you to leave comments: guest satisfaction is our top priority. We are doing everything possible to take into account your wishes, and if we can improve our breakfast menu, we will definitely do it. Thank you for noting our friendly bartenders and service in the lobby bar. We will definitely give them your thanks. In our opinion, it is very important to be able to be listened and get an opportunity to improve something. We thank you once again for your feedback and look forward to a new meeting at M-Hotel.

Dear guests, We were very happy to accommodate your family at "M-Hotel" and we would like to thank you for your choice. Thank you for taking the time and leaving a review on this site. We hope that it will certainly help other guests to make their choice. We are really sorry that we had a misunderstanding in your reservation. Nevertheless, we did our best to fix the situation and provide baby cribs for your little ones. It is very important for us that the guests, even the youngest, feel comfortable and cozy in the hotel. We will do everything possible to ensure this. Please, next time you make a reservation if you have any special requests, write them and we will try to fulfill it. We hope you enjoyed your stay in St. Petersburg and at our hotel. We will be happy to see your family again!
