This hotel is sparkling new. Everything is modern and fresh design with excellent showers, plush comfy bedding and little things like humidifiers and air purifiers allowing you to feel good.
I’m titanium elite so they had contacted me prior to arrival to ask if we were needing anything special and letting us know they had upgraded us and we would have access to the club level and offering Kate checkout of early check-in.
On arrival we saw we were in a huge suite with floor to ceiling windows and 2 bathrooms- large lcd tvs and digital blackout curtains as well as universal plugs and smart room features make everything easy. We were staying at the St. Regis in Beijing and it’s a storied hotel with history but showers didn’t have water pressure, and the space, amenities of this Sheraton were far superior.
The club was very extensive with high tea and full dinner service, cocktail hour, etc. maybe because it’s new the breakfast was complimentary at the main restaurant and was very extensive with a number of very authentic options as well as many continental dishes. Worth mentioning the manager at the restaurant - knowing we aren’t locals he walked the buffet with us explaining all the dishes, making recommendations and checking on us frequently.
Location is central to a number of things but isn’t I. The downtown area- we liked the mall adjacent it was an outlet mall with both International and Chinese designers so we did some shopping and had lots of restaurants.
This hotel is well above the US Sheraton standard - You will be very happy here- the thoughtfulness in the design details and the warmth of the service made all the difference.

房间建议：If you don’t have Marriott status- Pay a little extra for club room it s nominal but valuable.
세가족이 함께 다녀왔습니다. Miko 매니저가 투숙 전부터 연락주시고 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 라운지에서도 저희 가족을 알아보시고 아이에게도 인사해주시더라고요. 어찌나 따뜻한 느낌을 받았던지... 감사했습니다. 수영장 물도 따뜻했고 고층에 위치하고 있어 전망이 너무 좋았습니다. 여기서의 기억이 너무 좋아 조만간 다시 방문하게 될 것 같습니다.
