Thank you very much for staying in our hotel. It's true that our hotel is near from our hotel to Sannomiya staion, but it takes about 10 minutes there on foot. If you can stay in our hotel next time,you can take our one-way shuttle bus from our hotel to Sannomiya staion. AS for our staff,we are glad to hear that we are hospitable. It's such an honor to be told like that. We feel terribly sorry for making you feel unconfortable about pillows.
