从京都车站西口走路5分钟,柜台服务很好,房间有胶囊咖啡机及一只手机可以无限上网跟国内免费通话,咖啡杯、茶杯、水杯都有附上,喝东西非常方便,床很好睡,很棒!

We are delighted to read that you liked our location near Kyoto station which is 5 minute walk from JR Hachijo East Exit, the service offered from our friendly hosts, the amenities we offer in all the guest rooms especially Nespresso machine and complimentary "handy" smartphone which you can make a free phone calls to 6 countries. We are glad to also hear that you liked different kind of cups set in the room which we have carefully selected so that they go well with coffee and Japanese tea. Furthermore, we are pleased to know that you had a comfortable sleep with our Simmons bed. We will continuously seek to offer a unique and personal service to make the stay of every guest special, and we truly appreciate your positive feedback. 作为新建的酒店 一切体验都非常美好 设施很新 齐全 临近京都站 房间大小够用 清洁也很好 设计融合了京都与商务 设计人性化 非要挑些问题的话 员工乐意帮忙 但很多时候显得无所事事 不够主动 还有有些令人疑惑的税 订房难道不是已经交过了么

We are delighted to hear that you liked our new facility, our cleaning standard, and a convenient location of our hotel. We are relatively new, opened on June 9th last year. Our staff is always ready to offer a unique and personal service to our guests and we hope you found them to be helpful. Kyoto City Accommodation Tax had been implemented since last October, and we kindly ask all our guests to make a payment for this tax and we also ask you for kind understanding on this. We also recommend our guest to contact the travel agents to receive a full explanation of the accommodation tax. Thank you very much for staying with us while you were in Kyoto. We are pleased to hear that you liked our convenient and quiet location from Kyoto station, and our spacious room and bathroom. We have Simmons bed in all the rooms and we are pleased to hear that your stay was comfortable. Location wise, we are close to several shopping malls, and there is 7-11 convenience store next to our hotel. Some of the popular sightseeing spots are walking distance as well. 一到饭店外观看起来就跟一般商务旅馆有很大的不一样,里面处处有巧思,CI都能用中文,房间里的胶囊咖啡,茶包,小点用的都是高级货,早餐丰盛且非常好吃,CP值高到不行。

推测是Daiwa集团所建, 地点相当好, 强调和风特色,一进去幽微小道就令人惊艳, 电梯亦是金色鲤鱼图案. 当初设定应该有大量客人?大厅非常宽敞, 但因应建筑物而显得狭长,所以接待的服务人员无论站在哪端, 注定都招呼不到要踏出旅馆的客人. 柜台是个败笔, 因为刚开幕, 加上也设定京都有许多外来客人, 所以有非常多接待人员, 但都没有用处, 连基本的接待和处理订单都不熟练, 需要后续较熟练的日本服务人员处理; 就算是实习, 在这个星级不低于四级的饭店, 未免可笑; 相对于3/17日才开幕的Hotel Musse Tokyo, 柜台人员就非常熟练,

Difference of Deluxe Double Type A and Deluxe Double Type B is that Type A has a sofabed so that we can accommodate up to three adults. Saludos desde Daiwa Royal Hotel Grande Kyoto.
