I planned to stay 2 nights at W KL when I reserved my reservation, to be honest I have stay couple of W hotels in Asia but this one doesn’t wow me at all, not to mention I just spent 6 nights at Langkawi Ritz Carlton ,so I was considering relocate my stay to another hotel , it was welcome coach DEEP’s professional service and hospitality to make me decide not short my stay , he provided me a nicer bigger room to make my stay more comfortable . 首先想说下吉隆坡周五的交通非常差,从机场到酒店竟然用了1.5小时,说实话酒店相比亚洲其他的一些W酒店来说并不算有多惊艳,中规中矩吧,所以当时决定要缩短入住搬去其他酒店,前台的 WELCOME COACH DEEP在得知我想要搬走后积极询问我原因,尽他所能的帮我找到一个姑且合适的房间让我入住,感谢他的帮助。

现在凌晨一点,好像disco就在旁边,我还要不要睡觉呢?所有的好都被这个掩盖了,快疯了,住酒店嘈到睡不着还是第一次,而且还是跟妈妈在一起,感觉糟透了

来吉隆坡前住了伊斯坦布尔W当时感觉特别失望,希望新开的W酒店能给到我惊喜!但是惊喜没给到惊吓确实有了! 入住之后进入房间发现桌台很脏,浴盆也脏,不敢相信这是一家新开业的酒店,于是叫来经理,经理看到后既没解释也没道歉,只说了句换房!那好吧,那就换吧!想着换了房间应该会好很多,可能是我想多了!换到新的房间卫生更差,地毯上还有装修时留下的建筑残渣,地板非常脏,感觉从来没有打扫过,最奇葩的是在窗户前的桌子上看到一个改锥还是电笔的,想必是装修完后没有认真打扫!并且新开的酒店有的灯已经开脱落,唯一值得肯定的前台和行李部的服务人员!其他真的没啥了!不多说了你们看图吧!

是次我们一行5人到W酒店住,入住登记大堂设于8楼,私穏度不错。但前往住房楼层的升降机则有点像货䢂(据观察,这里的职员经常推货或其他设备在候䢂位经过,对候䢂住客引起不便,地毯会污糟) 房间设计很好,十分宽敞,但走廊是没有冷气。惟清洁工人的执房的表现只是一般。职员服务态度只是一般。最差试过两间房的匙咭同时失效,使到访亲人不能入房塲面十分尴尬。对一间五星级嘅酒店来讲,是一个严重嘅失误。最后还搞到论房的外籍人举起手机拍摄我和我嘅亲友,尴尬有冇面。 酒店早餐,大约二百几蚊一位,食物质素新鲜,但选择不是太多,餐厅嘅设计还可以。但没有太大惊喜。 酒店12楼应该有一个好细嘅泳池,应该系喺隔离间酒吧成日用嚟搞pool side party用的,小朋友游水时突然有类似干冰嘅白烟由泳池中间喷出。侧边啲人饮酒,食嘢,同埋有好多人喺度食烟,所以呢个泳池唔太适合一家大细去用。夜晚仲会开到劲大音乐,所以应该较为适合一啲年轻优皮一族使用。但泳池位置比到一个极大嘅惊喜我同屋企人,因为只要你站在泳池侧边,就可以拍到双子塔嘅夜景,完全唔使落楼下同人迫。另外酒店嘅位置都好近双子塔,系一个优点。 最后,我认为同区另外一间较为低级数嘅酒店...stripes值得推荐比大家,因为除咗价钱较为便宜,虽然房间比较细,但房间嘅清洁度很好,隔音亦做得唔错,最好系所有酒店嘅职员都系十分之有礼貌、诚恳及热情,比起其他大酒店这里的员工作态度真是十分杰出,使人有宾至如归嘅感觉!正!

好处: 毗邻双子塔及KLCC商场,十分方便。 有些酒店房间可以看到吉隆坡塔及双子塔,美景尽收眼底。早餐食物充足,食物还可以叫职员拿给你。 酒店装潢偏有活力及新潮,不是老少咸宜。比较适合青年人。夜晚会播放嘈吵而激烈的舞曲,老人可能会觉得十分滋扰。酒店房间甚至可以听到音乐的震荡。服务不是到达十分体贴的层级,未必适合要贴心服务的人。 整体而言,适合青年人及好玩的人入住。
