在Candlewood度过一个愉快的夜晚，非常好的一次体验。房间很温馨、干净、整洁，员工也非常乐于助人。酒店处于飞机场附近，但是我们很高兴的发现晚上根本不会被噪音干扰。床铺非常的舒服，还有个惊喜-小厨房，尽管我们不下厨。一个小小的困扰：酒店没有免费的早餐服务。然后，两个主要问题是：宠物友好的收费一点都不友好，要25美金。你需要把这个加入每晚的房费里如果你带着一位四条腿的家族成员。请记得酒店的交流道只有在高速路非常繁忙的时候可以用而且没有交通灯。我们等很长时间才转进去并穿过了高速的交通。

我们去诺克斯维尔拜访一所大学，用分时享用积分预订了这家酒店。我们看了一些褒贬不一的评论，入住后感到非常惊喜。房间很干净，浴室比预期的要大，还有厨房，真的很棒。当我们找到自己的房间时，发现它就在电梯的正对面，本来还有点担心，但其实在整个三天的入住期间，我们只听到一次比较吵的情况。房间很安静。还有一个优点就是整个酒店的味道很好闻，后来知道他们在走廊里设置了自动空气清新剂，很好闻，但不刺鼻。如果田纳西大学接收了我们的女儿，我们一定还会选择住在这家酒店，我们一定会再来!

当我到达诺克斯维尔机场时我立即用电子邮件告诉经理。 5min之后就有人来接我。很方便。房间的窗户或健身区的窗户不能打开。健身区有从洗衣房传来的的清洁剂的气味，不是很健康。酒店的价格是108美元/晚，但没有早餐。那里有一个自动售货机，可以买到很多东西。咖啡供应充足，而一袋茶叶要0.50美元！没有提供瓶装水。

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We value all that our guests have to share with us and your input will go a long way towards helping us to improve upon our service and property. We appreciate your comments regarding serving a free continental breakfast but as per the guidelines for Candlewood Suites, we will not be offering this amenity anytime in the near future. By not providing a breakfast, we are able to keep our rates lower than some of the other hotel chains that do offer such a thing.
