酒店坐落于车站附近，步行就可以到Amtrak地铁站，和亚历山大市场！对一家人来出行的很完美！我们很喜欢住的2个房间，可以把床拉出来！早餐很棒，晚上的招待会也很棒。酒店很干净，员工也很乐于助人！如果我再去佛吉尼亚，我会再住在这里。我无法理解它在交通上的位置怎么这么完美!

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you had a great guest experience and found our location, staff and accommodations to your liking. We are a short walk from the METRO (blue/yellow line), AMTRAK and the free King St. Trolley. The Trolley services ONLY King St. It travels from the King St. Metro parking lot and travels down King St to the waterfront. Making many stops along the way. We are a little over 1 mile walk down to the waterfront passing many restaurants, shoppes and historical sites. We look forward to you staying with us again in the near future. Regards,

我们在亚历山大港举行了一个为期两天一夜的活动，并决定住在附近的套房酒店。这还不错。这个房间是一个典型的有两张床和居住空间的房间。酒店是过时了的。员工们都很随和。经理在晚上的接待，以及定做早餐真的给这里带来了价值。如果你需要额外的空间并且你不想付太多的钱，这是一个不错的选择。

Thank you for your review. I am glad you chose to stay with us and enjoyed your guest experience. It's exciting to inform you we are doing a multi-million dollar suite renovations starting in November. I hope you will comeback in the near future and enjoy the newly renovated suites along with the great amenities we offer, i.e., Manager's Reception and made to order breakfast . 办理入住很无序、很慢。工作人员没有告诉我们哪里有电梯、怎样去房间。房间很干净，很不错，但是没什么特别之处。冰箱里面很热。插了电源，也开机了，但是不好用。我重新插拔了，换了个插口，然后就好用了。有很多毛巾。没有浴缸。淋浴房间的玻璃底部应该加固，因为水总会漫出去、整个卫生间都是水。没有什么大问题，但是酒店优点令人失望。尤其是考虑到每晚房费要300多美元。

Thank you for your review. I am disappointed you did not have a great guest experience and our check-in process was slow. We strive to provide a wonderful stay for our guest and I apologize we did not. Our engineer will check the shower door and repair it so water does not leak under it. Thank you for posting the question. We do have a parking garage and parking is $35 per night. The pool is open and we do have a lifeguard. Please reach out if more information is needed and we hope to welcome you soon.

It was open and well tended while we were there from Friday through Sunday, although it got a little crowded. But it was not open on a Tuesday when we were there. I don’t believe it is open every day of the week. I would call ahead to the hotel (not just the main Hilton number) with your specific days to find out.
