虽然这家酒店被描述成5颗星,不幸地是我可能会只给他评四颗星。房间中等大小,但是那里几乎没有空间可以容纳两个人挂衣服以及把衬衫放在架子上。浴室非常小,完全没有空间摆放化妆品。你也没法放置你的牙刷到浴室里。需要重新购买毛巾,因为毛巾都已呈浅灰色。早餐还可以但是你必须明白他们在物品质量品质上的大幅成本削减。酒店各处的工作人员都非常非常友好且乐于助人。

Although we are glad to hear your compliments about the friendly staff, we are sorry for not completely fulfilling your expectations and for the setbacks faced. Your impressions are very concerning. Rest assured your observations about the towels were forwarded to the relevant manager and their staff for further notification and they definitely do not reflect the comfort and service culture we aim to achieve. We feel sorry for the discomforts faced and assure you this is not the experience we seek to provide to our guests. It is gratifying to hear you had a great long stay with us and therefore, we hope to have shown you our concern with the guests’ well being and safety throughout this time. During these past days, all security procedures and surveillance systems have been revised and retraced and we must maintain what was informed by Debora before. The correct procedures were strictly followed and there is no record of any items of clothing left in your room. All employees who have direct access to our guests are extremely trustworthy and nothing was seen by any of them.
