周末住宿

非常愉快。工作人员很乐于助人，很友好。食物超棒。推荐成人入住。由于天气不好，除了水疗外，我们无法使用所有的设施。所以这里的价格对只是来睡一觉来说有点高，虽然工作人员真的很友好。

不错的酒店

作为旅程的一部分，我们来到这里。这家酒店很漂亮，我们的房间非常棒，又大又干净，宽敞，有一张我所见过的最大的床。主楼有接待处、大厅和餐厅，非常舒适，Wifi信号也很好。我们来之前就知道房间里没有Wifi，说实话，这没什么大不了的。食物很好，工作人员都很亲切友好。如果你想进城，有穿梭巴士。总之，这是个好地方。

良好的酒店设施，但服务可以提高

我们在这家酒店住了三个晚上。这里的房间是很宽敞的，是可以容纳我们三个人住宿的。房间是很干净的，床也是很舒服的。酒店还设有游泳池、到城市的汽车转乘服务设施，后面还有观星望远镜等设施。遗憾的是，房间里是没有无线网络的。我们必须去大厅或餐厅那边以获得无线信号。前台服务人员和礼宾部的服务是相当热情友好的。自助餐在品种和服务方面都是需要有所改进的。有几个早晨，我们在早上7:30来吃早餐，食物是还没有全部准备好的。除此之外，如果他们能够改善服务，这家酒店真的是可以成为一家五星级酒店的，另外，这里的房价也是不便宜的。

Alguém comprou pacotes de passeios com o próprio hotel? É mais caro do que as agências da cidade?

Eu comprei no próprio hotel para ir aos gêiseres. Mais caro não é medida para o local e sim a qualidade do serviço.

O hotel tem sistema de transfer para o centro da cidade? Até que horas?

Durante o período que lá estive usei um carro alugado em Calama, valeu muito a pena. O Hotel tem o transfer com um ponto de parada determinado na ciidade. Infelizmente não pude verificar até que horas. Como não me pareceu ser uma cidade e nem viagem para baladas acredito que não será este transfer a pesar em sua decisão.

Vejo algumas agências anunciando que possuem balões de oxigênio , primeiros socorros e telefone por satélite. Todas as agências possuem?

Quanto a balões de oxigênio. Em Atacama não serão necessários. Caso vá a passeios em regiões de vulcão ou outros tipos de passeios em locais de grande altitude certamente a sua agência te informará da precaução e ela irá te disponibilizar este tipo de socorro.

Travelling with 2 small children. Which type of room could we book?

We had a room with 1 king bed, not sure of other options. Plenty of space for roleaway bed. Suggest room close to main reception

el restorant cuenta con opciones sin gluten?

Não me parece que existam indicações claras. Mas minha mulher é alérgica a gluten e saiu de lá muito satisfeita, sem problema algum. Portanto, existe grande diversidade sem gluten, embora eu não tenha percebido indicações. Mas quem tem o problema (como minha mulher) sabe escolher.
