ממוקם נפלא בלב מצפה רמון
טבע ונוף בקרבת המקום וגם מרכז עם אוכל וקפה
החדר היה גדול ויחסית נקי
הבטיחו בריכה והיתה בשיפוץ
וארוחת הבוקר לא לצפות סבירה מינוס
המקום מתאים אם מחפשים איפה לשים ראש בזול ולצאת לטייל
בלי לצפות
בהלימה למחיר
טבע ונוף בקרבת המקום וגם מרכז עם אוכל וקפה

After conversations with the hotel owner and the hotel manager and the convincing sale of the various hotel complexes, I was expecting a quality, pampering hotel... and we were so disappointed. The hotel is not so much a hotel, it is run like a B&B (one of the cheapest available). The room is not ready and not really clean. No kettle, no shampoo, towel with holes. I must point out that the employee at the place did everything he could to help and even offered to change the room. It's just that the outside parts - the balconies that the hotel boasts of, are so abandoned, dusty and faded, that it's not pleasant to sit on. Likewise the hot tub they were proud of, the pool and the dirty common areas at the level of green and mold... when they were already When we arrived it didn't work)... just shocking. When ordering I was offered to order dinner as well, and I said I would consider.... Actually, the hotel stated that they do not serve dinner 😲 She points out that after we expressed our displeasure the next morning. They wanted to compensate us by moving to a clean and spacious room with a jacuzzi and a bottle of wine... but it only happened at 4 in the afternoon and we had to leave, so we gave up... we got the missing shampoo, a fruit plate and a bottle of wine in our room and for that, thank you! But the next morning we discovered that a large part of the breakfast was leftovers from yesterday's dinner... borax that had been reheated again and again... Neglect, disrespect for the guests' money. There is no hotel atmosphere, no lighting, a sense of abandonment... no lobby, no feeling of a hotel that charges so much money. No room service at all. They were not interested if something was missing (instead of room service). Simply not recommended!

השירות לא בשיא , שדיברנו בווצאפ , נאמר שנקבל חדר מסוים אחרי שביקשתי תמונה ולא הביאה , לא דאגה להגיד שהחדר בשיפוצים , וקיבלנו חדר שונה ממה שהובטח . כשאתם באים תתעקשו לקבל תמונה , שלא תתבאסי שתקבלו חדר לא כמו שנאמר .

I came alone to rest in Mizpe Ramon for one night. The hotel is located in the "perfume quarter" where there are art galleries, cafes, bakery (most are closed on Suterday) and some restaurants. It's still very very quiet. The hotel was recently renovated to a beautiful standard, there is a little pool on site and a jaccuzi. Breakfast was made with love (Shef Zbadia:), and the smiles from the staff are endless. I really injoyed my time here. Don't miss Ari Shomron's art gallery just near by, it's a magical visit!
