我们一共5人被安排住进了家庭房。房间很旧，wifi信号很差，电视接收信号也不好。显然房间的部分墙面有铅笔印记。早饭一般般，游泳池和健身房设施还不错。地点实际上在Lukut，离Teluk Kemang开车还有大约30分钟。酒店就在Giant（大卖场）、猫咖啡屋以及3D艺术博物馆隔壁。附近有很多商店，很方便购物和吃东西。

Dear Puan, We are pleased to have you as our customer and thank you for taking your time to write the review. We hope that you don't mind to give us the room number you were staying and we will arrange our respective supervisor to do checking. In addition, for your information, here in Lukut - the "Wild West Cowboy" town is opening soon expected end of December 2015. It is located near by our hotel with about 10 mins walking distance. 在入住和退房的过程中，工作人员都很有效率并友好。房间干净，枕头有一点硬。让我惊讶的是，这里的安保系统堪比五星级酒店，你只能到达你房间所在的楼层。其余能去的楼层就是一楼。咖啡厅的食物也还不错。位置很便利，你可以轻松的到达giant lukut，Alive艺术馆，即将到来的wild west town，老城和猫咖啡馆。

这是我第一次住在迪克森酒店，以前我经常在路上看到它。当我到达时，发现这家酒店有足够的停车场。虽然它只是一个小规模的酒店，但它有一个出人意料的高规格的接待，但是你必须要持有相应等级的卡。房间很宽敞，设施完善。但是最好的是Wi-Fi是一流的。从酒店出发，方便去你想要去的任何地方，最好的是泰国奥狄赛按摩院。食物很好吃，要是可选的种类再丰富些就更好了。

We apologize for you if you think our discount voucher offered is only for 'lip service'. Sir, we have waiting for your revert since our previous response for you about how we can hand over the voucher for you - scan and email to you or post it to you. (Actually we have overlooked your response, and checked the box that found out you have replied to us). We thank you for your feedback and definitely look into the area and we strike to improve from that. The offer is for the guest as our sincere apology not by saying 'sorry' and end of story, especially a guest like you as our regular guest whenever you came back here from Singapore. Once again, we apologize for causing you misunderstand about our intention.
