The UTOP is well-located with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff had little English. The room was nice enough and has a full-sized refrigerator/freezer -- but the "kitchenette" is a joke. There's no microwave if you want to heat leftovers (I had to go downstairs 20+ floors to the convenience store to use their microwave). There's a two-burner stove but no ventilation hood and no cooking utensils at all: no pots, no pans, no cutlery -- not even a pair of chopsticks. I tried to get a plate from the front desk and they said it was impossible because the restaurants were closed -- any other hotel would have sent somebody to go fetch one. I reheated my leftovers in the convenience store on a piece of paper bag that I had in my hotel room and ate with my fingers. UTOP is nice enough that I'd be willing to stay there again -- but be aware that you're getting the room and a nice fridge but no cooking facilities.
This place is expensive, and busy, and cool, and located in a nice area. Room service is only every other day. Private parking. Quiet and peaceful. The rooms are kind of small. Lots of food around and also bars/clubs. Shopping is also near…..
This is a nice hotel. It’s very quiet but in a area near bars/ clubs. The staff is awesome. Parking is awesome. The rooms are nice. The area have lots to do. Food is everywhere. CGV two min walk. Outback steak house around the corner and shopping is abundant.

Super hôtel en tout point ! Nous avons eu une suite avec deux chambres, coin cuisine et une machine à laver. Tout était très propre et la literie est de bonne qualité (bémol sur la taille des lits un peu petit). Très proche des métros et Bus. Très bon rapport qualité-prix , je recommande vivement !
광주 상무지구 중심가에 있으며 위치적으로 좋아요, 근처 식당도 가깝고 간단하게 즐길 수 있는 호프집도 많아서 매우 굿.. 프런트 직원들도 친절하고, 응대도 매우 잘 해줘서 좋더라구여, 객실은 조금 작은 감이 있지만 깨끗하고 그래도 있울 건 다 있어서 나중에 출장 및 혼자 여행와서 묵기에는 매우 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요 , 개인적으로 조식은 꼭 드셔보시길..... 보통 조식 간단하게 먹는편이지만 여기는 아침부터 푸짐하게 먹을 수 있어여, 음식 구성도 다양하고 웬만한 음식들은 골고루 차려져 있어 매우 좋습니다 아쉬운 점은 주말에 이용 시 엘베 기다리는 시간이 조금 걸려요 이거 빼고는 다른 것은 다 만족입니다
