梅登斯饭店非常适合在喧哗、热闹的德里观光时入住！我们受到了热情的工作人员的欢迎，还享受了欢迎饮品。经理来和我们聊天，内容是关于这次入住，还给我们升级到一个美丽的套房。酒店是一座历史悠久的建筑，当你走过美丽的走廊时，你会被带回到过去的年代，走廊里满是印度历史上有趣时期的照片和证据。我们的套房设施齐全，豪华程度超乎你的想象。酒店的庭院足够大，可以进行愉快的散步，泳池很大，很宁静，观光回来去里面泡一下真的很不错。早餐是自助餐，你也可以从菜单上点餐。在外面的花园里边吃东西，边欣赏松鼠、小鸟和孔雀，真是太美了!我们每天晚上都在可以点餐的餐厅吃晚餐。工作人员很有帮助地建议我们吃哪些食物，他们还推荐了适合搭配菜肴的面包。食物很好吃，甚至主厨都走出来询问我们是否对饭菜满意。如果我再回到德里，我们肯定还会住在这里。我愿意给全体员工满分，他们真的是酒店的荣誉!

6天后，从登记入住到退房，服务周到体贴。卧室很大，有很好的隔音设备和空调，还有我睡过的最舒服的枕头。在德里炎热的天气里，结束了忙碌而又忙乱的一天，泳池区是个受欢迎的地方。它是如此的宁静和放松，伴随着“绿色”饮料和水果冰棒。这家餐厅的早餐和晚餐都很好。我当然会推荐奥克拉咖喱和羊肉咖喱——这可能是我在印度三个城市品尝过的最好的两道菜。酒吧的面积很小，如果你从来没要过花生却要付4英镑，那就有点烦人了!尽管如此，这家酒店仍然物有所值，提供的服务也远远好于英国许多五星级酒店。酒店还组织出租车观光和机场接送。酒店距离德里市中心大约20到30分钟的车程，打车大约需要6英镑。这是一个很棒的酒店，适合那些喜欢在白天去探索，晚上回到一个舒适，安静和放松的环境的人。

Dear Guest, It was a pleasure having you stay with us at Maidens Hotel, Delhi. I am glad to note your appreciation for your room, the hotel food and swimming pool. Maidens is a heritage hotel. It was established in 1903 as one of the first hotels of Delhi and recognized as a Heritage Hotel in 1994. We have carefully noted your experience at the Cavalry Bar. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. I have already shared your feedback with the Food and Beverage Manager to introspect. Also, the size and design of the bar owes it to the heritage structure of the building. Your feedback is much appreciated and will assist us in taking the necessary steps to upgrade the Hotel to the appropriate standards. We are in the process of drawing up plans for the restoration and refurbishment of Maidens Hotel. Some work is already underway and will be carried out in phases over the next few years. The hotel will therefore undergo a complete renovation in due course. Thank you so much for sparing your valuable time to share your feedback with us. Guest feedback is the most important tool for enhancement and improvement. I also believe that guests only share their feedback when they feel that an organization and its people are deeply committed to introspection and development. 2019年7月，在开始超赞的印度之旅前，我们（我们是有两个孩子的四口之家）在这酒店住了两晚。这酒店很不错，充满着特色，在新德里一处完美的位置。但让这酒店份外不同的是他们员工给你的人性化服务，他们很低调，但是亲切友好，服务高效，而又不至于唐突鲁莽。员工们看起来都挺开心和放松的，这可是个好兆头。我要专门表扬下Kishoori，他带我们参加了一个很棒的新德里一日游，把我们照顾得很好。他可真是个可爱的人，如果他有空的话，我强烈推荐让他载你出去玩！如果你在梅登斯酒店和克拉里奇酒店间纠结，我强烈建议你选择这家，因为我们旅途结束返回新德里时，我们住的就是克拉里奇酒店，我不得不说的是，那酒店在服务特色以及员工态度上都比不过这家酒店。如果我们还回来新德里的话，我们肯定还会回来住的！

我在这家酒店度过了10个晚上（家外之家）。当我在酒店登记入住不久后，我的需求就会被很好地满足，他们会告诉我一切都没问题，他们也做到了。我在酒店度过了10个晚上，员工们的微笑从未消散，我对他们这么照顾我的需要表示感谢和由衷的敬意。(我在大学里一直在学习心理学，37岁时重新回到学校，45岁的时候因为压力太大而需要休假!)现在我已经第四年回到这个像家一样的酒店，我在德里的新家就是这家梅登斯酒店，这里的服务让我为新的一年做好了准备。它就是我的家外之家。我期待着回来。感谢每个人。来自大卫的评论。

It is about an hours drive from the airport. But there’s a metro nearby the hotel. Very safe area non smoking

Hi there sorry for the late reply. We hired a driver via the Maidens Hotel and from memory it was about £80 -100 for the driver for the whole day though I may be a little off the price there. The road to Agra was practically empty there and back and to be honest it didn't take too long to get to the motorway from the hotel. Definitely worth it as you have your own car and driver and can trust them. At Agra we actually hired one of the adhoc guides that tout for business and again it was really worth it as you can jump a few queues. Yes they suggest afterwards to go to a restaurant and craft shop but overall it was fun, informative and the experience was good. As regards his price he simply said give him what we felt it was worth! We pushed for a price and he said equivalent of £15 and this was for a total of say 4-5 hrs. We were actually very happy to give him £25.
Weather should be warmer by March. We didn’t use masks and were fine. We had dinner in the Oberoi hotel Indian restaurant which was fab but expensive
