最后一天在斋普尔,明天一大早要赶飞机去阿格拉,所以最完美的选择一定就是机场隔壁的万豪了。位置真的是够好,打车到机场不超过10分钟,可以说是非常的方便了,也正是因为如此这家酒店是绝对的商务客占居多,包括一些旅游团客。 同样是安检进入,门口两位盛装大叔接过行李,进去大堂依旧有人额头点点儿并送上欢迎饮品。整个入住非常流畅,前台小哥办理业务非常迅速,整个气质谈吐非常的商务酒店风。很专业,好评。 酒店虽说是商务酒店,但是在公共空间的设计上也不含糊,甚至用上了一些度假酒店的元素,比市区内同样定位商务酒店的希尔顿要好上不少。

这酒店连续两晚都有人在开派对,结果这给我们带来很大不便,因为派对声很吵,一直吵到凌晨2:00,我和前台办公室经理交流投诉后也无济于事。相反,我们得到了所谓的“补偿”,就是一顿免费大餐(还送了饮料)。我觉得,万豪酒店的“核心经营理念”应该是给客人舒适的晚上休息而不是让客人开派对狂欢。如果你本身是个夜猫子,也特别喜欢派对的话,那我强烈推荐你来这,但如果你只想度过个平静的夜晚,那你还是远离这家酒店吧!!

工作人员似乎已经尽力了,但是被糟糕的管理拖了后腿。我们在傍晚入住时房间仍然没准备好,然后一直都没有通报后续的状态,我们感觉被抛弃了。而且终于进了房间后,其中一个房间的卫生间不干净,另一个房间的水壶和保险箱坏了。毛巾上撒着花瓣虽说不错,但我们更希望自来水能有热水。在我们住的整个期间,水充其量是微温的。积极的方面是酒店提供的自助餐非常好,工作人员非常热情。

It is our endeavor that we live up to every guest expectation by ensuring the basics are in place which starts with cleanliness , fresh linen and hot water in the shower.
