The location of the hotel is suitable for business travelers as well as people on personal visits, providing easy access to almost all parts of the city with very good connectivity and transport options. 办理入住经历是顺利的，没有等待的时间。房间宽敞和舒适。良好的健身房和早餐。我在你们旅馆错过了Spa。我不得不离开加尔各答的另一家酒店，这段经历很糟糕。员工很有礼貌，乐于助人，而且不引人注目，尤其是在退房的时候。

Gateway酒店（Taj Kolkata）让你有种在家里的感觉。 从前台到客房服务和餐厅的人都让您感觉是第二个家。每个月都呆在这里。机场连通性也很好。只有对那些来到享受加尔各答市生活的人来说，公园街有点远，但也很容易去。

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your query. As a part of our Visitor policy, we would only need a Govt. of India authorized ID proof of the visitor for the records in order to allow him/her to go to your room. However there is a black out period for all visitors in the hotel where in no non-resident guest is allowed to go to a room. This black out period starts from 9 pm and goes on till 9 am.
