This is easily the best hotel we've stayed at in China. The service is amazing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was wonderful. The room was clean (by Western standards), very nice and modern. The decoration is nice throughout the hotel. Our room was lovely. The bed was comfy. Everything was just perfect, actually.
They have shuttles to take you to the airport, the subway, Disneyland and the wildlife park that they organize through Wechat. The room service we ordered from their restaurant was quite good as well with some Western food options if you're not that into Chinese food and was very reasonably priced.
We felt that we were treated like family during our stay. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. It was so unbelievably cheap, too, when we booked. This may have been due to Covid, though, and it being off-season. I would've happily paid double the price for the value.
