Fantastic property, amazing staff, this place reinsured me that the Marriott group can have well managed properties when they want and choose to, the rooms are fantastic, the exec lounge one of the best I have ever been to, and the breakfast is just great as well, all in all a very good stay. After having spent the last year arguing with the lying and cheating management at the Marriott Pudong East in Shanghai that simple is disgusting to stay at due to the lies they feed their customers, it is nicer o arrive at this property in Fengxiang that shows how a hotel should be managed in order to have happy customers. I hope I can return soon

Being here to play the CPG tournament I was extremely happy to find the location of the hotel as well as the state of the property itself extremely nice, situated by a small lake with great views its simply a pleasure to be here, the check in was flawless, Bonvoy upgrade no problem, points and no son all handled perfectly with no issues at all. The exec lounge is fantastic and the breakfast is super nice as well. It is nice to see that Marriott can still have great properties around the world since having dealt with the liars and cheating management at the Marriot Pudong East in Shanghai I was loosing my faith in the Marriott group but this property sure shows what a good property looks like. I really hope I get the chance to come back.

这家奉贤东方美谷JW刚开不久，但之前一直被价格吓住了，周末房价刚开始比浦东丽思卡尔顿还要贵，秒杀一众上海万豪系独树一帜的价格着实有点吓着我望而却步，这次用积分兑换，还是比较划算的，周末前来一探究竟！ 因为官网上没有开发套房预订所以用套房券没法选择，下了订单后在万豪app问了有没有套房可以使用券兑换，酒店表示因为没有在官网开始售卖套房所以没法选择但如果视当天入住情况给我做升级！ 12:00抵达行政酒廊办理入住，前台小哥给了我套房，但小哥把我的房间号写错了，结果害我走了好久到了一个没有门卡可刷的房间，后来打电话到前台才得知那间房不是客房，只能折反，到了电梯间行政酒廊小哥也给我拿来了正确的房卡。 走在酒店走廊酒店的服务员都是嬉戏聊天很大声，服务员垃圾袋都是能发出超级大的声音，客人从身边走过也没不会有问候，感觉岗前培训没有做的很到位！ 因为酒店很新所以客房里的设施都还可以。 晚上开夜床服务根本没有帮我打扫更换使用过的浴巾；床头的第二天天气卡本是一件非常好的服务，结果是直接丢在了床头柜，放放好也就一秒钟的事情，说明这家酒店运营是得多差呀！ 酒店的餐厅真的不推荐，菜品不好吃不说，才上的慢还不让退，我就是有一份炒饭迟迟没来我都饱了和服务员说不用上了结账吧，但是硬生生十分钟不结账非得把炒饭给我端上来，我只能最后打包，我也是第一次遇到这个情况！ 退房后两天酒店打电话来回访询问入住情况，我也蛮闲的跟对方说了这些我见到的情况，也算是给他们知道实际情况有所改善，但似乎电话那头一点都不想听，匆匆想结束电话回访，就是为了完成一个任务！那好吧！ 虽然新，但是我住过所有JW中倒数第二差的，最差的是深圳金茂JW，这家数第二吧！可能身处偏远哪哪都没怎么跟上！ 晚上散步其实发现入住率不怎么高，也不知道哪里来的勇气卖那么贵，性价比实在是有点低，现在的客人都不傻，所以还是加油吧！
