Dear guest, I am glad to know you liked the hotel and that you could enjoy our services. The staff´s hotel welcomes our customers with pleasure because we want them to feel welcome, being away from home is not always easy and we try to make your stay in our hotel a warm and enjoyable time. 这家酒店的装修非常古老，但是十分有魅力。房间干净宽敞，床非常舒适。我们的房间里的水有点问题，但是工作人员提供了一个用来洗澡的房间，他们非常友善并且乐于助人，很难对他们生气。让人不爽的一点是离火车站的距离。火车经过的地方离房间很近，并且声音非常大，即便带着耳塞，我也能听到。

Dear customer, thank you very much to write abut your experience in our hotel. Our premises have a Victorian ambience with some native artwork that keep on mind the culture of our country. Unfortunately, San José faced some water problems during some days, and this affected the pressure in our tubs. I regret you had to experience this occasional inconvenient. The hotel is located at the middle of the city, for this reason it is common to hear some night noises. We are renovating rooms and some of them are more silent. One more time, thank you for sharing your opinion.

在圣何塞这家很不错的酒店住宿。酒店是维多利亚时代的大厦，非常干净，维护得很好。免费早餐非常美味，酒吧很特别。工作人员非常友好而且乐于助人，Daniel和Yendry在各个方面都给我们提供了特别的帮助，确保我们有一个难忘的住宿体验。酒店位置靠近博物馆，购物中心和城市景点。我们一定会再来的。

Dear Customer, thank you very much for getting time to write about your experience in our hotel. I am glad you have enjoyed our typical breakfast which includes seasoning fruit, Costa Rican gallo pinto, scramble eggs, cereal, bread and yogurt. Our staff is always available to serve our clients. As you mention, our location is very appreciated for the customers because it is in the middle of the city. Thank you one more time and hope to have you again as guest in a near future.

在这里住了两次，第一次花了更多的钱，住在顶层一个房间，很可爱，干净舒适，房间里有咖啡机和免费的水。第二次在一楼，（比第一次的房间）更基础，但只住一个晚上完全没问题。他们在隔壁有一间旅行社，有点隐蔽，星期天在我需要的时候关门了，但是接待人员很友好，帮我组织了一次我喜欢的伊扎鲁火山之旅，我后续的旅行也需要进行一些梳理，如果酒店能提供更多关于这个地方的旅游信息那就更好了。有一家小而漂亮的餐馆。

Dear Customer, I appreciate you have taken your time to write about our hotel. Coffee machine and bottle of natural water are very valued by our clients. Normally we do not have so much tour information at the hotel because we have the agency very close, nevertheless we will consider your advice for the moments when the agency is not open. I hope you can visit us again in a near future

酒店的餐厅就在酒店的马路对面。我在那吃了一顿饭，去喝了几次朗姆酒。菜肴是典型的加勒比海香辣鸡饭和豆子，还有配菜沙拉，非常正宗美味。我推荐当地的朗姆酒，非常顺滑，我回去好几次喝了很多，因为太好喝了。我甚至买了一瓶回家。
