Stayed in the Explorer Suite with a family of 4 over 8 days. Room was brand new with modern appliances and fixtures. Attention to detail in the design/decor makes you feel like you're staying in someones home versus a hotel room. Very spacious "living area" which can seat up to 6 comfortably. Can't say enough about this room. Also, the proximity to town allowed for comfortable walks to museums, galleries, coffee shops, a local market and restaurants. Suite also has a peek-a-boo view of Kachemak Bay and the Homer Spit. Highly recommend for a family or 2 groups sharing a room.

The room we had ( the otter) at seafrer was fantastic! Open and airy with a view of the water and glaciers in the distance. The room had everything we needed to relax after a day of fishing. All cutlery, dishware and cookware were supplied so cooking great meals was no chore. Hot showers and comfortable beds made it easy to get some rest before we headed out in the mornings. Located only 15 minutes away from the boat ramps with grocery/ liquor stores in between made this an even easier trip. Chad was available for us when we did have questions and he made sure things were in order. I've already booked my next trip to Homer and look forward to staying with these guys again.

We stayed for two nights 7/27 - 7/29 and this was by far the nicest short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was brand new. The furnishings were all fantastic, and we had everything we needed or wanted. Full kitchen with big fridge, microwave, oven, all cooking utensils and flatware. The bedrooms had luxury sheets, bedding, pillows, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. We slept 6 people in the apartment very comfortably. Having the kitchen was perfect for us since we wanted to be able to prepare our own food during our stay in Homer. The living room is spacious and nicely decorated, and included a large TV, although we did not use it. WiFi is provided and we never experienced any issues with it during our stay. Chad, our point of contact during the reservation process and subsequent stay, was professional, courteous, and very responsive (even with us doing a same-day reservation)! Checking in was a breeze with the provided email information as well as Chad’s tips regarding the keyless lock entry. Apparently they are adding a deck and BBQ, which would make this already-amazing place perfect! Thanks to Chad for making our stop in Homer comfortable and even better. -Jacob…

Awesome newly remodeled rooms were very clean with lots of extra, nice touches. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! We had a full kitchen with all utensils needed to cook our catch the first night. The second night we walked to top notch restaurant about a 100 yards away. We will be referring Seafarer Suites for years to come!
