这家酒店能够带给你宁静，并且使你同世界更加坦率地交流。这家酒店的工作人员热情友好。我住的房间虽然非常简朴，但他们每天都会打扫，并且每隔三天就会更换一次毛毯和毛巾。酒店提供的早餐是纯素的，但即使不是纯素食者吃起来也很不错----每天还都有新鲜水果、面包、果酱、椰子和豆奶、咖啡和茶以及不同的热菜。酒店的Alkaline餐厅还可以吃到碗食、果汁和蛋糕。酒店的游泳池非常漂亮，同时也是瑜伽课间休息的好地方。这里的人们可能会有点沉默寡言，不会同他人做太多交流，但我不得不说，我在这里遇到了最出色的人。这家酒店的一切设施都是环保的，我认为他们致力于可持续发展的行为是很棒的。我喜欢这里所有的瑜伽课程，这里的老师们很出色，Arial所教授的意识流瑜伽（mano）很有趣，同时米娅所教的课程也很不错，虽然学习的过程很辛苦，但这是完全值得的。我还想向酒店提出一些建议，如果这里能有一些指导性的冥想和更多的研讨会就更好了，这能让我们更加接近瑜伽的真谛，而不仅仅只是靠体位法（asanas）练习瑜伽，并且还能有机会更轻松地认识他人。同时酒店如果能把更多的注意力放在驱赶房间内的昆虫和动物上，这同样也会使这里变得更好。

The location is good, Yoga classes is good, the service is good, every staff is smiley and helpful.
Esp thanks to Hasan, who was in charge of scooters at the entrance, helped us when we left the key on scooter.
To improve: the breakfast, too many flies, and let the staff make more self decision instead of always asking double confirmation for everything.
The organization and communication among the team need to be improve, in my case, each time a new guy in the reception I need to repeat everything again, it’s a waste of time and energy.
In general, it’s a place recommended for yogis.

Greetings Papaleng, Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate. First of all, we are very grateful for all your inputs and suggestions that were provided. This will really help improve all our facilities and services at Serenity Eco Guesthouse in the future. We are so glad that you liked our great location, yoga classes and helpful staff. Regarding for the room in Yogi room, we have previously mentioned it is a room that we do not usually rent. Our owner only provides this room when all rooms at Serenity are full with the purpose of lodging guests in dire circumstances. The Yogi room is actually a converted Yoga studio; the room is very open, with a lot of space for yoga. We apologize if this room is not according to your expectations. We will share this feedback with our management team. For the breakfast, thank you for pointing out the flies, we have now added a tool that should help with this. We will also keep on searching for new eco friendly ways to make our restaurant area more comfy. Communication is key for a guesthouse of our scale, with our reception open 24 hours, we will make it our utmost priority to identify how it was that a message had to be repeated multiple times. We will also start looking into giving more independence to our team members. Thank you very much for your feedback about our accommodation, services and breakfast. if in the future you would give us another chance, please do tell us and we will make it right. Well received your email. If you want to organize only a board hire, Serenity is near to two amazing beach breaks, Berawa and Batubolong, both which have plenty of boards for rent.
Serenity is just 150m from the beach, once at the beach, turn left to go to Berawa (200m) or turn right to Batubolong (100m).
We can also organize surf lessons, please ask our reception to assist.

inquiry well received we hope not too late answer your inquiry, regarding about the accommodation and yoga would that be included if you buy a packed stay, is like 4 days 3 nights solo yoga packed would that be include 3 nights accomodation, complimentary breakfast, 3 Yoga classes (up to 13 daily yoga classes to choose from). for all of our packed information you can visit our official website directly we do have many packed which is you can take and choose what you like or for further information and more inquiry please do not hesitate to let us know we will happy to assist you we ready 24 hours.
