我是在2015年结婚的，我从未预想过我的婚礼会如此之棒，不仅是我拥有了最美的婚礼，他们还为我准备了一间房间让我可以准备（没有额外收费）…祝福环节简直太棒了。我真想不到我会有机会可以跟酒店的主人Pam说话，她为我的婚礼锦上添花，她改变了我的生活…我不仅会向我所有的亲戚朋友推荐这个婚礼场地，而且如果还有下一次，我还会再来这儿结婚。我们还获得了周年纪念的水疗券！

房间不符合婚礼场地，接待处的服务很可怕，根本没有任何帮助。房间的基本设施都没有，如电话，不安全，照明和安全很让人担心！

Dear Jacqui, we are very sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We don't have safes in the rooms but we have a safe available for customers to use to keep their valuables. We also don't have phones as our customers use their cellphones nowadays. We are getting tablets for people to communicate with reception in the next month or so. So watch this space. Also looking at the lighting, thank you for pointing it out Regarding safety, we have never in 14 years had any safety or security incidents so not sure why you mention safety as a concern. 我们于2017年4月21日在这里结婚了。Valverde酒店的员工相当了不起。他们不仅为我们婚礼提供了非常专业的帮助，同时也很好地安排了我们客人的住宿。酒店的房间也非常大，并且价格合理。如果非让我挑刺，那就是我们无法关闭房间里的灭虫器，以至于整晚我们房间里都有蓝色的荧光灯。我觉得可能是我们没找到开关吧，但是开关确实不太明显。然而，这绝对不能阻止我推荐别人使这成为婚礼或其他特殊场合的选择地而入住这里。

过去的周末，我们在瓦尔维德庆祝了我们10周年纪念日。我们住在一个非常宽敞，干净的房间，星期五享受了夫妻按摩，我妻子在星期六早上体验了水疗套餐。早餐和晚餐也是高品质的。我特别想感谢在我们住宿期间给我们提供服务的员工和他们的服务。我们一定会回来的。
