I want to take this opportunity to thank you for providing your feedback when you received this Survey concerning your most recent stay with us. In reference to your comments about the condition of our facilities, I wanted to inform you that we are making changes to make the stay of our guests more relaxing and comfortable. Some tasks take a little more time than others but we are always trying to give the best services to our passengers.
