Nos encantó que esta a la orilla de la laguna, en las noches puedes descansar sin nin gun problema, y al despertar escuchas pajaritos, es de verdad un lugar precioso para pasar un fin de semana, La ducha es de verdad un sueño, son enormes y se siente como una cascada, delicioso!, el precio es económico, te incluye ya desayuno, las habitaciones son muy limpias y los propietarios son muy gentiles, te sientes en casa Recomendado

I booked this hotel for a 2-week canoe training camp and it turned out as an excellent choice. The owners are friendly, helpful and know a whole lot to tell about their country. The hostel has a restaurant, the food of which was very authentic and well-suited for professional athletes. The rooms are basic, but clean and cosy. Ibarra itself is located a 2.5h bus trip from Quito, in the middle of a nice vulcane landscape and close to a lake where you can perform different watersports activities. Also paragliding is possible down from the vulcanes. Furthermore, on one of my training-free day I traveled by the local tourist train to a former salt mine passing several dizzy bridges. Highly recomendable!
