There's not a lot to recommend about this hotel, except that it's clean and seems fairly new. I stayed 2 nights because I was attending a conference at the hotel. It was quite a distance from the city centre - about 30 minutes by taxi - and there really isn't anything in the vicinity of the hotel, except for a university and a small lake. My stay coincided with the visit of Typhoon Kalmaegi, whose strong winds caused the windows to rattle violently all night. While the typhoon was not the hotel's fault, the fact that the windows rattled so violently suggests they were not affixed firmly or securely. Many of my fellow conference attendees were kept awake by the rattling windows. The food in the hotel was also barely edible - the 2 set meals which came with the conference package were the worst I've tasted in any hotel anywhere. While the hotel supposedly had free wi-fi, it generally does NOT work. The signal is very weak in the rooms and conference rooms(?!?!), and even in the lobby where you can get a signal, it's quite difficult to get connected. This is totally unacceptable in this day and age. It does not help that the staff were neither friendly nor courteous.
