We would like to thank you for having chosen Bavaro Princess as your holiday destination and for all the positive comments regarding our resort and its amenities. We are surprised to read about the bathroom by the beach, as normally all our public areas are in perfect shape. However we will look into this point with our public areas manager to take corrective action immediately. In reference to the language barrier we regret that you were not able to communicate in your native language with our employees but it is important to mention that most of our personal who are in direct contact with guests speaks more than two foreign languages, included English and French as the main ones. Moreover as a requirement to work in Princess Chain several test are performed by our human resources department in order to know communication skills of applicants, and English and French basic courses are given to the rest of our staff to have at least a minimum of communication when is required. In addition to this, we would like to remark that this is a Spanish native country; therefore, whether or not our guests speak this language or not, we will be always to bring assistance despite the language barrier.
