酒店不错，但是路上噪音太大，空调也很吵，都盖住了路上的噪音。不过还是难以入睡。除此之外，酒店不错，房间很干净，也照顾有佳。

I would recommend planning on flying in somewhere close to where your friend lives. Have them pick you up from the airport. It should give you a better sense of security since your friend lives in California and will be with you from the start of your arrival to the Golden State. You may have an issue with renting a car on your own. Given the higher risk of accidents, most rental agencies tack on a “young renter" fee or surcharge for those who are under age 25. In general, drivers must be at least 20 or 21 years of age to rent a car. UBER and LYFT are available all over California so that would be a viable option. If you wind up passing through Kern County and need a place to stay. We are centrally located in Bakersfield CA. Feel free to stop by and rest up for your days here. I hope this was useful. It's not quite 20 miles, about a 20 minute drive.
Their website sez "no pets"
To tell you the truth I am not sure, that is a great question and I would probably call them. Now if it's a service pet that is different. Best to call them.
