这个酒店的地理位置很不错。员工们非常专业。早餐挺好的。但是鉴于454美元一晚的价格，你不会期待一个位于狭窄楼梯顶部的一个小房间。浴室里没有足够的柜台空间。淋浴设施还可以。我不得不移动家具来插上插头。房间装饰有点过时。

Dear Dawn, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your perspective on your stay. I am delighted to know that you found our staff attentive and forthcoming with assistance and that you enjoyed breakfast. I am sorry that you did not think highly of the accommodation; we do have some rooms which are larger than the one in which you stayed and others which have views of the ocean. I am happy to say that we are also planning a major remodel of the rooms this coming January, so that the aesthetics will be completely refreshed. 这个地方真的是无可挑剔。从我们刚抵达的时候就被告知可以免费升级，到离开的时候，不管是客服服务，还是餐厅侍者以及内务工作，一切都很完美。在我们入住期间，一共碰到过酒店经理三次，每一次他都会很热情地和我们打招呼，询问我们是否一切都满意。补充一点，这里的位置也是一流的，离大海只隔着四个街区，离Carmel只隔着一条街，在Carmel要有尽有。

这是一家非常可爱和经营良好的酒店。工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。这家酒店的地理位置很棒，不必花钱去停车场。我们在22号房间。它又旧又小。早餐很好吃，但是有点少，咖啡太糟糕了。总的来说，我们会再来住的，但我们会带自己的咖啡。

I agree with the previous reply. The hotel is in a good location. It's not far from the beach, but the walk back up can be a little hard since it's uphill.
There was a separate shower from the Japanese style bathtub Carmel is a very high end town, very low crime and safe. They always parked our car right by the hotel.

L’Auberge Carmel, Relais & Chateaux, understands that pets are often considered part of the family and for this reason we are happy to accommodate your pet request whenever possible.
We do have 3 pet-friendly rooms on-site, but they will need to be booked in advance. Please visit our website to view our Pet Policy or feel free to give us a call at 831-624-8578.

We do not have microwaves in any of our guestrooms, but each room rate does include our Aubergine Signature Breakfast. As we are in the heart of Downtown Carmel, we are also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants in the area.
