Extended Stay是我们曾经最喜欢的酒店，但是再也不是了。我们住在Huntington海滩这家，一晚上115$，很失望。首先，厨房里没有餐具、玻璃杯等等；接着，漫长的等待让服务员拿给我们。住了两晚上，脏的毛巾、破旧的浴巾、没有房间服务。

Bill - I appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your experience with us. Since you have stayed in our facility before, I am sure you noticed that we have taken out all of the dishes in the room. The reason we did this was to ensure that we were providing our guests with a fresh product. I sincerely apologize that you had to wait a long period of time for the dish delivery and for the stained wash cloth. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I am going to have a talk with our staff regarding the issues that you have mentioned. Thank you again for providing us with your feedback. 这是我第四次来这家酒店住，算是四次之中最差的经历。员工几乎不会回应客人的要求，而且完全不欢迎客人。这家酒店根本达不到Orange County酒店的标准。他们的客户服务和客户满意度怎么能差成这样？？

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. We strive to provide guests with all the comforts of home, so I am disappointed to hear that you received poor service from our staff. I discussed your comments with the team, and we will be reviewing our responsiveness to guest requests and our overall customer service standards to prevent your experience from being repeated. 这酒店的外表看起来真的不错。但是在酒店里面有很多问题。大厅有烟臭味，而你要准备好把自己的脏衣服带走，如果你想换衣服的话。房间闻起来一股发霉和腐朽味道。这个地方的唯一可取之处是员工，Christina很友善而且很乐于助人。

最近，我们住在这家酒店，入住酒店很晚。在我们到酒店之后，不管是使用的大厅的电话还是我的个人手机，都很难联系到别人，更别说联系到前台的人，请求他们提供帮助了。当我们到房间时，迎面扑来一股烟味和发霉的动物皮毛的味道。我们下楼打算换了一条干净的床单（因为之前的那条床单和枕头上面有头发，看起来已经被别人使用过，房间里一条干净床单都没有），但没有得到答复。尝试了约20分钟，终于联系到了别人，最后我们一家四口把衣服铺在床单上，然后躺在一张床上休息。这个酒店根本没有达到清洁标准。

Tasha - Thank you for your recent review of your stay. We are sorry to hear that your room did not meet your expectations and that our staff was not readily available to take care of your needs. In response to your feedback, we will be instituting new cleaning procedures. We will also make sure that if our staff had to leave the front desk that they always carry our phone with them. For DT HB it can take 20-25 minutes depending on how you go or what time of day.
It's only about 3 miles from Bolsa Chica State Beach, and 4 1/2 - 5 miles from Sunset Beach.
No it does not. However there are many restaurants & bars less than 3 minutes west of the hotel.
