分享2件事,如果我提前知道的话肯定不会预订的: 1. 房间有几个环境光源,包括一个绑在天花板上的闪烁的路由器,白色油漆会反射出来; 2.窗户无法阻挡非常繁忙的街道发出的任何噪音-- 整晚的警报声,紧接着是周六早上7点在酒店下面的庭院里进行的非常强烈的集体鼓乐。

Dear Lucy, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent stay as we see this as opportunity for growth. I am very disheartened to hear you were unhappy with your stay. I am very sorry to hear of the challenges you experienced with the outside noise. We completely understand that the noise tends to be too much for some. We do everything in our means to control the noise level and it sounds like we did not succeed on this occasion. In regards to the protests, The Los Angeles citywide hotel union contract expired at the end of 2018 and we are still in the midst of negotiations for a new contract. We continue to bargain in good faith with the union and we have offered to match the same wage and benefit package received by employees at the other union hotels in the City who have already reached an agreement. It is our desire to reach a fair agreement for a new contract for our great employees at the LINE Hotel as soon as possible. However, and until we have a new contract in place, we have experienced some (mainly peaceful) protests in front of the hotel at various times of the day. We hope to resolve these negotiations very soon and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 我的一个朋友给我推荐了韩国城里新的入住的地方之后,我最近在岚酒店呆了一晚上。我的入住在各个方面都是完美的。我因为工作和娱乐旅行得非常多,所以呆在一个超出我期望的地方我真是太高兴了!整个酒店的员工都非常友好、乐于助人、也非常专业。没有什么麻烦事。这里的餐厅正在翻修,但大堂餐厅非常棒,气氛很好。这家酒店装修得很漂亮,对于那些想要离k镇和其它地方很近的人来说,这个地点很完美。我的房间很漂亮、非常时尚,客房服务也很美味。挑不出来缺点,肯定会再来!

Just wonder do kettle be provided in the room?
Yup. There's a train station right across the street from the hotel; from there it connects to stations that serve other train lines. I was in LA for a week recently and only used public transportation - it is great, you can pretty much get anywhere on a bus and train. It definitely takes longer than a car but you're also saving a lot of money. The weekly pass for bus+train is $25 USD. For comparison, a one time Uber ride from LAX to this hotel is more than $30. LOL.

Email the hotel and see what their front desk can do. It's not really a touristy area, its a pretty hip place and great for relaxing round the pool and eating etc. The subway is across the street that can get you around and of course there are taxis too, or parking if you are driving. I'm sure the hotel will have some tips for you.

The hotel is in a good, central location and Uber / Lyft and Taxis are fairly reasonable to get to key sights (we used those). If you want to venture out of the city you may want a car, but keep in mind parking is expensive. The staff at front desk of hotel are extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them about arranging or helping to arrange tours.

I am not sure if The Line has this amenity, but if you call the hotel and talk to the staff they will be super helpful.
