洛杉矶最令人惊叹的财产之一就是这里的体验——然而这家店有很多!这家酒店是我认为来洛杉矶必须体验的。我和妻子收拾好行囊,走了2英里的路到这家酒店去度假,感觉非常清爽。阿曼达让我们的体验完美无瑕。在我们抵达房间后,我们在房间里留下了一些令人愉快的东西,这是我们美好夜晚的开始。我们超喜欢房间外的景色,在当地吃饭,好好体验了许多当地的酒吧。早上,我们在大堂喝到了很棒的咖啡,然后回到不远的家里,虽然感觉就像我们在外度假一天。我们很喜欢这家酒店以及阿曼达,我们还会再来的:-)。

Dear Lucy, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent stay as we see this as opportunity for growth. I am very disheartened to hear you were unhappy with your stay. I am very sorry to hear of the challenges you experienced with the outside noise. We completely understand that the noise tends to be too much for some. We do everything in our means to control the noise level and it sounds like we did not succeed on this occasion. In regards to the protests, The Los Angeles citywide hotel union contract expired at the end of 2018 and we are still in the midst of negotiations for a new contract. We continue to bargain in good faith with the union and we have offered to match the same wage and benefit package received by employees at the other union hotels in the City who have already reached an agreement. It is our desire to reach a fair agreement for a new contract for our great employees at the LINE Hotel as soon as possible. However, and until we have a new contract in place, we have experienced some (mainly peaceful) protests in front of the hotel at various times of the day. We hope to resolve these negotiations very soon and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 酒店简约而现代的装饰,喜好看个人品味。但是,服务非常糟糕。我提前3天预订机场接机,到了机场没人接机。向经理玛丽安说,她说他们晚上不看电子邮件并不是他们的错。她态度傲慢,并反问我们 ”你们公司晚上回email吗”? 我跟她说 做为服务业并接待世界各地游客,时差不能成为借口。 她侮辱的口吻 实在令人不敢恭维。作为一名经理,对于 飞行了14小时 并在机场等候接机1个小时, 而且无法联系到就酒店礼宾, 她没有表现出任何歉意或同理。 实在侮辱人!!The hotel is simplistic and contemporary deco, which is up to individual taste. However, the service is extremely bad. I booked airport pick up 3days in advance and no one showed up. Spoke to the manager Marian and she said it’s not their fault that they don’t read email at night. Her arrogance and self righteousness is insulting and shameful. As a manager she didn’t show any sign of apology nor empathy to a guest, not even to mentioned after flying 14 hours waiting for over an hour at the airport and couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

我喜欢这家位于韩国城中心位置的现代化的一流酒店!酒店的景色非常不错,可以看到好莱坞山,很时髦的感觉,另外酒店整体设计风格清新,线条清晰!这里的食物和鸡尾酒也很棒!,这里的员工也是洛杉矶最好的,非常专业,非常乐于助人,特别是他们的经理Amanda Osborn 任何时候的他都努力让这里成为完美与和善的地方。!每一次我家人来洛杉矶玩,我们都会在这里落脚的!!!
