酒店的地理位置很便捷,靠近洛杉矶机场。办理入住和退房手续的过程很快捷。然而,酒店房间看起来很陈旧,浴室也是如此。令人惊讶的是,作为一家四星级酒店,房间里没有迷你冰箱,便利设施也很少。虽然离机场很近,但房间很安静,床铺/枕头也很舒适。酒吧的食物很一般,早餐也是如此,虽然服务很好,酒店员工的服务也很好。

The deficiency you cited has been given to our Director of Front Office Operations and our Director of Guest Services for their review and immediate corrective action. 旅馆的机场接驳车很方便,前台人员的服务也很好。不过入住与退房的排队时间比较久,客房打扫的也很不干净,能明显看到前面客人留下的头发等。自助早餐(另外付费)非常棒,且有繁体中文标示。 旅馆的电梯是先按楼层再分配搭哪部电梯,满有趣的。

在假期的前几天住在这家旅馆。我们把车停在那里过夜。我们一回来,往返汽车(只有这一班车)就从我们身边疾驰而过。我们又等了20分钟。这家酒店的每位竞争对手都有多辆货车往返机场。糟糕的服务。任何竞争者都可能替代了它。非常失望。
