我们在这里过夜住了一晚。酒店没有什么特别的问题。酒店提供最低限度的基础设施。明智的做法是用你自己的床单睡觉。除了床单，我们发现这里的床上用品都似乎很久没有洗过了。这里的员工很亲切。他们还会另外收取每晚25美元的停车费。酒店靠近圣莫尼卡购物中心（Santa Monica Mall），因此性价比很高。

Hello amirmano, Thanks for staying with us at Hotel Carmel here in Santa Monica and thank you for the review. While I very much value your opinions, I would respectfully respond that you couldn't be more inaccurate in your assertion that our sheets have not been washed "for a long time". We have thousands of reviews here on TripAdvisor and many other review sites and I would challenge you to find any other review that even remotely suggests our linens are not clean. In fact, we take great care in ensuring we maintain the highest standards of clean linens and towels and provide a change of our guests bed linens and bath towels on a daily basis. In addition, hotels in Santa Monica are subjected to rigorous inspection by local government authorities as well as inspections from our some of our partner clients including Expedia. I really don't think we would be in business if we were not meeting a basic industry guest expectation of providing clean linens on our beds. Once again, I'm really trying to be respectful of your opinion. However I do think it is also fair and my duty to future guests to point out that you are mistaken. 总体而言，这个旅店的规模不是很大，但是这个旅店是我们在圣莫尼卡附近，能找到的地点合适的最便宜的旅店之一。这个店可能需要翻新了，因为房间里的设施都有点过时，并且洗澡房有点点小。不过呢，因为价格和地理位置都非常棒，所以这家店还是非常值得考虑的。如果我再来圣莫尼卡，为了节省费用我还会再来住在这里，主要是因为地理位置太好了。

酒店的大门和接待处都非常不错，停车服务很赞，每晚只收25美元。但是大家要注意，这里是一处靠近海滩、各类餐馆和商店的二星级酒店，外面交通嘈杂。而且这里只有一个玻璃窗，所以大家最好在睡前保持良好的通风，或者是喝上一杯额外的饮料、啤酒或葡萄酒。酒店隔壁是一家非常不错的餐厅，独立性很好，有丰盛的菜单和饮料。2019年6月底，我们四口之家在这里一共住了两个晚上。

Thank you for taking the time to post a review from a recent stay with us here at Hotel Carmel. I'm sorry to read that traffic noise was issue to your guest comfort. Being a downtown hotel location, there are occasions that the traffic is impactful and we try our best to mitigate that issue and relocate guests to other guest rooms when needed. We really appreciate your mention of our proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I was also happy to hear that our parking services worked out well for you during your stay. 在经过一次漫长的航班后，早上7点我抵达了酒店，酒店还不错。当我进入房间后，感觉房间很过时，走廊也有怪味。房间比较老旧，空间很小，但床很舒适，可以睡个好觉。酒店地理位置优越，靠近购物区，步行可以到达码头。

这是一家维护得很好的老式酒店。 没什么花哨，但是非常干净，价格公道。 他们早上供应咖啡和糖果。 房间没有足够的插座，所以记得带上充电器。 我们在测试消防系统时遇到了问题，工作人员很好的帮我们处理了问题。 下次还会再来的。
