Thank you for your candid feedback , and please accept my sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay at our hotel. It is disturbing to me when I read that you felt that our front desk staff was unaffected by your concerns that our housekeeping staff tried to enter your room while you were in bed and failed to apologize, as they are trained to provide professional, courteous and friendly service you would expect from an Embassy Suites Hotel. I appreciate all comments that will help improve our guest experience, as Guest Satisfaction is our Top Priority. 在我第一次经历飓风以来，住在佛罗里达州5个月期间，我和丈夫以及3只狗一起住在酒店里，我再开心不过了！ 尽管情况很糟糕，工作人员仍然在酒店以勤勉和专业的态度长时间工作。令人惊讶的是，食物、零食和饮料继续充足供应一个完整的房子。当灯熄灭时，工作人员出现在自助餐线上使用了手电筒!谢谢你们酒店的每个人，让我的飓风体验舒适和安全。

我们上周住在这家酒店，大堂很不错，员工们也很好。食物还不错，典型的希尔顿早餐。我们的房间面朝一条运河，平静而晴朗。很多停车位。酒店位于绿色区域，靠近主要道路和便利商店。

我是 Embassy Suites酒店的粉丝，但我最后两次住宿并不怎么好。 我之前已经评论了新泽西州的那家。 这家波卡拉顿，对于来谈生意的团队而言，午餐非常地棒。 我很高兴他们所提供的。 我关心的是房间有霉味，不是湿润，是发霉。 地毯上有污迹，我用布擦掉了。在那里睡觉是不舒服的。 早餐选择没什么变化，两次我不得不让他们为站立等着的用餐的人，再重新弄多三种热菜的选择。 非常友好的工作人员，但是，只要我可以打开我的窗户，我将再次留下。

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and please accept my sincere apologies , for the unpleasant smell and poor breakfast experience you encountered during your recent stay at our hotel. It is through comments like yours that will help us improve our guest experience and I want you to know I have shared your comments with the appropriate staff members and we are actively taking steps to “Make It Right” by freshening our guest rooms and common areas. As to your comment concerning the our breakfast foods seemed stale, I would like you know that we receive our food products daily and with the volume of breakfast we service all of our food products are freshly served. Again, my sincere apologies that we were not able to provide you with a memorable stay and look forward to welcoming you back and providing you with a rewarding stay. Yes please let front desk know and your tag number . We are about 30 minutes for the airport.
Never had an issue, and enjoyed both breakfast and service very much
