我们在7月4日假期游览了那个度假胜地。游泳池太拥挤了，年轻的孩子们玩得很舒适，客人似乎很激烈，他们在游泳池，非常，非常有限的海滩访问小沙滩游乐区。深夜的音乐超出了荒谬的程度。不管是10个人还是110个人，他们都保持相同的音量。非常严格，这里没有冷却器或带自己的食物到游泳池地区，但他们的酒吧价格非常高。不会再和家人住在这里。

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. While we are disappointed to hear that your visit was anything less than 5 stars, we appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We understand that you came to visit us on a busy holiday weekend and while we wish these concerns would have been brought to the attention of our staff, we appreciate you taking the time to bring this to light now. With that being said, holiday weekends are extremely popular on all of our Florida beaches; including the main beaches especially, which means sharing space. During these events over peak holiday weekends, Shephard’s as well as surrounding beaches nearby see a surge in guests, traffic, and overall population. Our recommendation to guests who are looking to enjoy more of a quiet and spacious experience is attempting to vacation during off-peak times. Additionally, because we are an entertainment resort, we are known for our music and have many guests who primarily come for that experience. While we are extremely sorry to hear that the music was not to your liking, we would like to note that our music always meets city regulations in terms of noise levels. If you are not coming to Shephard’s for music, but rather our other amazing amenities, we do recommend requesting a quiet island side room. Furthermore, to address your concerns regarding coolers and bringing your own food to the pool area, like any other bar or restaurant, we cannot allow people to bring in their own food and drinks as it is in violation of our licensing and health codes. You are welcome to consume your own food and beverage in your rooms, but our bars and restaurants offer an amazing array of delicious food and refreshing drinks to meet every desire. Despite this, please let us know if you would reconsider a return stay; we have placed this note on your guest profile and will make sure to get you in at the optimal time of year that would suit your desire for a quiet, uncrowded beach as well as room that will be located on the quiet side of the resort.

我们在第二个房间为我的丈夫，我们的女儿和我自己以及我的妈妈和侄子有2个房间。他们让我们想彼此靠近。何塞真是太神奇了！他给我们推荐了去哪里看，吃饭，搭便车的地方，以及在哪里可以得到优惠券的折扣，而且他对事情的发展一直很感兴趣！ ！音乐很好。可以选择在整个下午和晚上进行娱乐活动。海滩酒吧提供美味的饮品和食物。价格也不是荒谬的！谢谢牧羊人，我们一定会回来的！ ！ ！

Honestly not sure but it might be a heated pool! We were there at the end of summer and it was perfect! Now that jacuzzi option is year round so I’d say go for it!
We swam in december and it was 22 degrees. In the pool but the beach was ice cold.
This is our favorite resort to stay in the area. It’s a full-service resort family owned, and is very family oriented.
