我是和家人一起坐飞机过来这家酒店住宿的。 我希望这家酒店至少是可以保持干净的。 但请相信我，要解释的东西实在是太多了。 我们是在7月18日办理了入住登记手续的，但在30分钟后，就通知了这里的前台，我们想办理退房手续了，之后我们就退房了。 我们在这边，发现脚上踩着的泥地毯是越来越黑的，屋子里到处都是蟑螂。 我们是住在505号房间里的，在2019年7月19日凌晨2点，我们不得不站在门外使用这里的无线网络到喜来登酒店预订新的房间。 这家酒店房间内的浴室是很脏的，墙壁也是很脏的。 我是一夜没合眼的，直到我和我的家人离开了这里。

我们在房间内的床上发现了虫子，还看到了有虫子会从裂缝进入房间的，我们打了三次电话让酒店的保养人员过来我们的房间进行处理，但是最终也是没有人来的。 当我们办理登记入住手续和退房手续时，发现前台是没有员工值班的，我们不得不一直等待着，直到有员工出来为我们服务为止。 另外，当我们去游泳池的时候，是没有毛巾可用的。

这是一家又脏又旧的老旅馆，需要大量的维修。房间和浴室都很小。如果你有包的话也会很不舒服。浴室的水槽没有空间放洗漱用品，窗户外有很多树木挡住了视线。

Had our staff been notified of your concerns they wold have been able to rectify your situation, by possibly upgrading your guest room to a different room category, for example, upon availability. Our staff is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, to not only meet all of your needs, but to ensure your leave having an exceptional stay, as this is one of our main priorities when you are our guest.
