8月中旬，我和妻子去龙目岛玩了几天，在龙目岛的诺富特酒店住了一晚，我说我住在一间高级客房里，价格是154欧元一晚，房间里有一股很浓的霉味，房间里几乎没有进行保养，水槽不能排水，冰箱和迷你吧里面都是空的，但我也根本不指望诺富特这样的连锁酒店，尤其是这些国家的劳动力成本很低。另一件我想报告的事情是，介绍中写着晚餐包含在房费内，实际上并不包括。而且理论是在八点半到十点可以就餐，但在晚上8:30的时候，自助餐的容器有一半都是空的了。这里的员工非常友好，就像所有在印尼的员工一样。除了甜点之外，其他食物都不合我的口味。我写这篇评价并不是为了指责这家酒店，只是建议酒店提高服务的质量。

是最好的位置之一，工作人员物业在最好的位置之一，有私人海滩，我的玻璃房提供一整天的饮料，也是一个绝佳选择。总之有很多选择可供选择，是一个必须要去的地方

酒店的设施很好，员工也很棒，袁经理很友好，十分乐于助人。这个度假村很棒，有漂亮的海滩和一个很棒的游泳池，饭菜也还可以，但价格过高。度假村的活动非常棒，包括猴子之旅和皮划艇等一系列活动。

Hi there. There is a pretty new airport at Lombok and it is only about 30 minutes drive to the Novotel. The hotel can organise a driver to pick you up and it is a pretty seamless experience. The hotel is right on the beach which it has all to itself. Its a classic Indonesian reef beach so at low tide a lot of the sea floor is exposed all the way out to the outer reef where the surf is crashing but at mid to high tide its great for kayaking, SUP and various water sports and you can book equipment from their water sports hut which is also on the beach by the hotel. If you want tio fishing and snorkelling I would organise a trip out to some of the small islands where you will have access to a wonderful experience. A ninety minute drive will take you to very small islands by boat. Its great. All along southern lombok are lots of great beaches with great surf. All the beaches are worth exploring. The novotel is a bit tired and old but its really charming and the location is unbeatable. The food is ok but you will almost ceraytnly want to go out to Kuta and enjoy more restaurants anyway. Thats only a ten minute taxi ride. The hotel has a main block with rooms and then a whole load of private villas which are mostly 1 bedroomed and most have their own private pools. I think they have 1 two bedroomed villa. The best time to visit is in dry season June to November) if you want non stop sunshine but it does get very hot. If you like afternoon rain then you can go anytime. Hope that helps. If you have kids this is a great hotel to stay at. Kids love this place. dan

There are many private villas with private swimming pool in Novotel Lombok but we could swim in the main swimming pool in the front of the beach.

I think, the number of kids who are staying with parents in the hotel is depending on the school holiday. For the month of September, I don't think there will be many kids in the hotel.
